Madeira Beach

Great place for a beach getaway. Plenty of restaurants to choose from plus, with a short drive, whatever else you need.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was roomy and spacious, and the view was perfect for those evening sunsets.The condo could use some new accessories, such as towels, cookware, and a full set of silverware. Beach chairs were provided, which was super nice; however, they were rusty and broken. Would these things stop me from staying there again? Absolutely not!! We had a wonderful stay!

The condo had everything for our vacation needs. From a fully equipped kitchen to all the supplies we needed for beach days. The balcony had the perfect view of sunsets every night. Checking in was easy and our host was easily reachable for that process. Having a washer and drier was key for all the beach towels and bringing home clean laundry at the end or our stay! The location was perfect and walking distance to johns pass. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

Well kept property, inside and out! Friendly/helpful outside maintenance guy. Quiet location but walking distance to everything! Our host, Samuel was available for every question that arose! He answered almost instantly when I texted him. Polite and positive! And last but not least, pizza delivery from DeLosa’s at John’s Pass! Awesome pizza! Definitely will rent again from KIMA condos.

Clean and nice condo

The condo was nice, roomy and clean, however the area is still recovering from the hurricane so the beach wasn't always as available as we were hoping and some establishments were not open. If your looking for a nice place to stay with no frills, on the beach this place is ideal!

Loved being on beach in nice clean condo! Has some toys for kids, boards for older kids and small chairs and umbrella also. Also has lounge and umbrella rental right there.

Our stay was great, we love the location of the condo, having beachfront access, and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. The beds are comfortable, and the condo is spacious.

Love Madeira

We have stayed at this property before & highly recommend it. Samuel is an excellent host, responsive if you have a need. The condo is very comfortable, appliances are updated & the refrigerator has an ice maker. Kima association is working hard to get the property fully restored.

Convenient location

The area had been hit hard by the hurricane; however, they are making a lot of advancements to getting it back in order. They were working on the building during our stay; however, we weren’t inconvenienced by it. Beach was beautiful and a real treat! Dolphins were swimming around and saying “hello” too. Owner is fabulous to work with and extremely responsive.

On the beach

We had a very nice day at this rental property. The condo was clean and spacious, and it was located right on the beach. The Vrbo listing accurately depicted the condo. The views were amazing, especially the sunset views. The only drawback was the elevator kept getting stuck and the lobby and pool were under construction which we were aware of prior to coming due to the hurricane damage, despite that we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Madeira Beach.

Clean condo, Great location

This condo was Very nice. It was clean and had most things that we needed. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay being so close to the ocean and all the shopping and dining. Lots within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent in the Madeira Beach area.

Perfect location, great beach and sunsets!

This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and a gorgeous view right on the beach. The owner was easy to contact and was quick to repsond. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and we enjoyed the sunsets nightly. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella daily or for the week which was well worth it. We enjoyed our stay and had perfect weather!

Happy beachside getaway

We had a lovely time at this happy condo. Beautiful location, dolphins swimming out front, sand dollars washing up on the beach, and close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. It was lovely to sit on the deck at night listening to the ocean waves. My husband also enjoyed fishing out front as well and we also got to watch some shark fishermen which was super cool!

Wonderful location

Beach was absolutely priceless and location to beach was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Elevator was old rather slow and multiple codes around property were slightly frustrating.the stunning location made up for it. Pool was nice , very clean .

Everything was great. Location was perfect. Being a corner unit made it all that better. Everything was as it looked in the pictures. Great beach with clear water. Samuel did a great job answering questions we had. Would definitely go there again!

Decent condo, nice location, equipped with amenities. Would have loved to listen to the waves and sounds from the Gulf while inside the condo but the doorways didn’t have screens.

Better than imagined!

We had a wonderful time. Owner was great, and very helpful. Only problem was the elevator was shut down for maintenance. Got a lot of exercise on the stairs! Condo had beautiful ocean views, plenty of room, and was extremely comfortable! Looking forward to returning!!
