Lovely place, nice view of the beach from the balcony. . The pool area is beautiful. My daughter and I were very comfortable there. We had what we needed to cook some of our own meals. We loved our stay and very much appreciated the beach towels, little cooler and beach chairs provided!

Great location! Nice view of the beach!

Great location. Unit was exactly as described. We enjoyed the hot tubs, location to restaurants and bars and the size and quality of the unit.

Winter Getaway

great location on Gulf Boulevard on Treasure Island. Trolley stops right in front of the building. Within walking distance of many restaurants and John's Pass. Would hardly know that a major hurricane went through just a short time ago. Everyone working hard to get the property and area businesses up and running again. Although a little smaller than what we thought, it was the right size for just the 2 of us.

Awesome Resort

Overall great place to stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. The cleaning team stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the bar staff was friendly and fun!! Great place to go for a family vacation.

Girls get away!

Great condo with awesome location! Beach is gorgeous and the pool is very nice with fun bar. The unit is updated and is extremely well-kept. We will definitely be back!

Spacious condo unit

Spacious unit. Having the two bathrooms is a huge plus being there with family. Very easy access to the beach. Pool area is very nice. Parking was assigned which we loved! No hunting for a spot. Would definitely stay again.

There were a couple things that the maintenance had to fix but they came right away and fixed it. For our troubles they gave us a free dinner cruise. Thats good customer service! Would definitely come again!

Been staying at sunset for years. First time thru VRBO. Wished unit had bathroom cleaning aids and mop for floors. Broken bathroom fan led to musty shower. Love this location but unit could use some updating.

Fall Break

This unit was great for me and my daughter. The guest room could use some attention. The walk to the beach was fine. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach if you don't want to use what is available in the unit. The ice cream place on the corner was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!!

This condo is in the perfect location! Right on the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, beach stores, John’s Pass. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo is spacious for a family of 4 (with 2 children 13 and 15). Very easy check-in process. Unfortunately our stay was cut short as the area was evacuated due to the hurricane, but Charles was in constant communication throughout. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect getaway

Our trip was pretty seamless. We did have an issue with the entry code, and it was late when we arrived, but we were able to get in touch with someone as promised and it was handled quickly. After that everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had pretty views. It suited our needs perfectly. The tiki bar was nice. The beach was beautiful. The courtyard with the fountains was so relaxing. And the cafe was an added benefit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, unit needs an update

We previously stayed at this location but a different unit. The other unit was pretty much as expected and was very acceptable. Overall we were pleased. This particular unit we just stayed in was very disappointing. List of short comings includes it really needs an update and upgrade on aesthetics and the appliances. Only one heavier blanket was provided for a two bedroom unit. Doors did not open or shut properly. Only the VERY MINIMUM of condiments and coffee were provided. Alot of little things so it made this particular stay disappointing. The owners need to do the work to make it acceptable or sell. Too bad, because the location and resort is welcoming. No complaints there!

Great place!

I highly recommend Sunset Vista…the location is perfect…walking distance to restaurants and shops. Accommodations were very nice. There is a cafe onsite, the food was great and reasonably priced. The bar was so much fun…the bartender, Ally, was AMAZING. You are steps from the beach, which is very clean and not over crowded. We are planning another trip next year and will stay at Sunset Vista and stay longer. Thanks for making our getaway a memorable one.

I love this area. We stay here every year. Everything was great for the most part. The only downfall is that the table on the balcony is unmoveable so we had to walk around each other.
