About this property

Gulf Front Sunsets From the Balcony of This 3 BD/2 BA condo!

  • We just finished a full remodel in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo with an oversize balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The balcony entrances are from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the view of dolphins and the sparkling Gulf with a variety of seating options on the large balcony. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf and watch the sunset or take a stroll along the stunning white sand beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee bar with both a Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee machine. Our beach closet has toys, chairs and towels for you to enjoy a day at the beach with your family. The heated pool and spa are beach front with tropical tiki huts if you need a little shade. A gas grill is also available for your use in the pool area. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

    PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved covered parking space. There is Visitor parking available on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.
