Overall met expectations!

We were very close to the beach, easy walking access with minimal traffic. The apartment above us was very noisy every night late hours, mostly foot traffic. And we did run out of toilet paper 12 hours from our leaving, I couldn't find anymore in the unit - possibly in light of COVID. Aside from that everything was great, property manger and office staff were responsive to other needs I had!

Property is in a great location. The unit itself was clean overall. Teresa at the front office was helpful and very friendly! Our only complaint is the noise level in the unit. I’m not sure if the unit above us was exceedingly loud or if it was just thin walls but noise and foot traffic, as well as furniture being moved around, was excessive at all hours.
