Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated, the spacious interior offers a comfortable setting for families and friends. The living and dining area features stylish furnishings, a flat-screen cable television, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. The open layout provides plenty of room to share meals, plan the day’s adventures, or unwind together. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday dining essentials. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack beach day snacks, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds, while the third bedroom offers another king bed. The guest bathroom features a single sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned covered parking spaces are provided. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
