As an end unit, this beachfront vacation rental offers an airy, light-filled atmosphere along with exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences of home, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dining together at the table, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. The open living space is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or by the pool.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds, making this condo a comfortable option for families or small groups. With space for up to 6 guests, this Indian Shores vacation rental is ideal for a family beach vacation, couples getaway, or relaxing escape from colder weather.

    The property is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and local activities and is directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other nearby Gulf Coast destinations.

    Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

    During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

    Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.
