- PETS: Dogs are allowed! We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog.
- NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of this property, or anywhere on the property grounds. All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property.
- LAUNDRY: This home has 2 private washers and 2 private dryers.
- TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday. Trash cans are located in between home 21 and 25.
- Other Gemma Homes: Reserve this home along with any of the other three to comfortably accommodate larger groups of 28 or more.
- POOLS: The smaller pool is a dipping pool, not a hot tub.

All rooms were cleaned and ready for early arrival. Only issue was there was a broken chair left for the beach. Kitchen had all necessary amenities. Pool was slightly visible for passerby’s on the street, but was not an issue for our party.

The stay was excellent. The house was exactly as advertised (clean). Our entire family was very pleased with the accommodations and layout of the house. The beach was a minute away. Beach was not crowded and from the beach you could walk to the restaurants to enjoy lunch or whatever, and comeback to your spot without any worries. Close to downtown, local restaurants, shops and parks for children to enjoy. Host of the property responded promptly to my request. Only disappointment, was we were checked in late, due to short staffing to clean the premises.

Definite Re-Do!

Everything at this property was awesome. We had a big group of 17 (2/3rds kids) and there was plenty of space, location can’t be beat, and every room had a bathroom. The host was exceptional and very accommodating to early arrival. We are already planning next years trip back!

Awesome house for large group!

Every aspect of this home was exceptional. The home has very roomy and comfortable common areas. The bedrooms were beautiful and very well appointed, each has their own private bathroom with shower. The kitchen was large and had every item you’d need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area with pool was perfect for our large group. The property is not even a 1/2 block to the lovely beach. All around our stay was awesome and I highly recommend this house.

From a difficult beginning to an excellent ending

As we arrived shortly after 4:00 pm, the cleaning crew was still there and informed us that the elevator was not working. We had a handicap person in our group and that was not good news. The management team responded in an exemplary way trying to resolve this critical issue and were able to have a technician to repair the elevator by 9:00 am the following day. With that issue out of the way we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. This is an excellent house and the management behind it is fully committed to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

The property was incredible! Location - a block from the beach - easy walking distance, and beach wasn’t very crowded during our stay (beginning of August). Amenities - pool, hot tub, wagon to take stuff to the beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. There is an elevator which was perfect for the grandparents. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also clean and spacious. Having the two washers/dryers was key in keeping things clean. Kitchen appliances are modern, and kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. All in all, our family of 13 were so happy to find this house and plan to come back next year!

Jade House

We had a wonderful time staying at Jade House. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. And the pool was perfect to cool off in. Everything in the house is well maintained and it was nice to have all the essentials provided like soap, shampoo, bath and pool towels, and a kitchen with generous amounts of dishes, cookware and serving pieces. The elevator made it very convenient for bringing suitcases up to the bedroom levels and the kids loved using it on a daily basis. :). I would definitely recommend this vacation home for a large family gathering.

We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was a great location and not far from the beach. Large kitchen and everything you needed. Nice big refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. We had 8 adults and 8 children. We had 3 vehicles and a spot for each but parking was hard at times if the neighbors didn’t always move over it was hard to back out. The second floor elevator didn’t work properly and it was a challenge. Only one towel rack in each bathroom. I would suggest maybe a line near the pool to let beach towels dry. Overall great time and we would recommend.
