Water Views, Private Beach, Luxury Condo

The condo is on the top floor of the building and it has water views from every window. It overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay and you can see the DonCesar Hotel tower across from the water. The Association provides 24 hour security.

There is a private beach adjacent to the building with tiki huts and the heated pool and hot tub are also located next to it.

The condo is located in Isla Del Sol, which is in the heart of St. Petersburg and it is bordering with St. Pete Beach.

The Association is minutes from the interstate, as well as absolutely FABULOUS beaches! You can walk to the St Pete Beach by crossing the Pinella Bayway or you can enjoy your private beach located just next to the building. Bridge Fort De Soto is just minutes away where you can grill, hike, rent kayaks, paddle boards, and rent beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beaches located within the park.

As mentioned above, the Don Cesar Hotel, also called the " Pink Palace " , is a world famous Luxury Hotel that sits just across the bridge and is a member of the Historic Hotels of America. It opened in the Gatzby Era in 1928. You can walk there over the bridge and spend the day at the beach. The hotel offers day passes for cabanas and beach activities.

A shopping center is within walking distance with restaurants, a hair salon, a dry cleaner, a coffee shop, a Yoga Center and more.

St Petersburg downtown offers "The Dali " a world class Museum, many craft breweries, great restaurants with outside dining, the Pier with its one mile walk to two great restaurants and bars.

Tampa is 30 mins away and you should check out Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Hyde Park and the River Walk.

The condo has been recently completely redone and the kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home. It includes a water pot faucet on the range, an Air Fryer and Keruig coffee machine. There are a full size washer and a dryer. There is a balcony overlooking the Bay with patio furniture and a high table with bar stools. The sunsets from the balcony are to die for!

The living room has a 55 inch Tv and it offers Cable Tv in addition to the Starz PremiumChannel, UTube TV, Netflix and Prime. The Internet has High Speed Wifi.

Please note: The Association requires an Occupancy Registration Form that needs to be received by the Office 7 days before check in. Therefore the booking for this property needs to be made at least 7 days from the check-in date otherwise the reservation will not be accepted.
