We just spent an amazing week in Treasure Island and loved our condo and accommodations at the Surf Beach Resort. The hospitality and amenties in the condo were all fantastic, as well as the amazing view from the balcony. Everything was perfect! Beautiful Getaway in Treasure Island

My parents and I had a wondeful stay at this condo right on Treasure Island! We loved having an ocean-front view and a private pool. It was a short walk from the beach and had direct access to a paved walkway. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Surf beach resort

The host had plenty of included amenities including beach furniture and toys, appliances, kitchenware, etc. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The condo is well kept and clean. The only downside was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but this was minor compared to all the positives. If we were to visit the area again, we would stay here again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great as there are restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. all in walking distance, John's Pass Village Boardwalk is a short drive with lots of restaurants and shops as well. The condo was exactly what we needed, and property managers were very quick to respond and assist as we needed. There were beach chairs to use, but also rental for chairs and umbrella right out from the condo on the beach too. We would recommend staying here.

Short and sweet

Overall a good place to spend a short weekend on the beach, which is huge and well maintained. The condo has all the amenities you’d expect at the beach having nice new beach chairs and plenty of extra towels for everyone.

Nice little getaway.

Great location. Awesome views. Close to places to eat and things to do. The unit did show a little wear and tear. The mattress in the guest room was showing some age and needs replaced. All and all it was a good place to stay. Perfect for people who just need a place to crash. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Clean condo and great location

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean and the beds were comfy. My only suggestion would be that the carpets could be replaced -- they are kind of stained. But overall we were very happy with our choice and would definitely come back again. We love the boardwalk and all the little places to go sit outside for drinks and/or food.

Great quick getaway

My mom is now retired so my sister and I brought her down for a little getaway. This condo was perfect for us. Anything we needed we could walk to. The balcony view was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Communication was superb during our stay. We couldn’t be anymore pleased.

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic place to rent with or without a family. The location is fantastic with many walkable restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The pool is wonderful. The beach is beautiful and clean. The trolly is so easy to use. You don’t really need a car. Not to be picky, but the comforter in the main bedroom looked a little worn. It could use an upgrade. The unit was very well stocked with items to cook with. I’m very happy and would stay again or recommend to a friend.

Nice view, walking distance to every where

We arrived late but check in was easy and contactless by way of codes provided from email a few days prior to arrival. The condo is on the small side however, it worked great for myself, and two sons. The pool and hot tub on premise were nice, clean and relaxing. Easy direct access to the beach. There were floats, sand toys, etc in the condo so no need to spend$ on stuff you're just using on vaca never to use again. Walking distance to everything from Dunk'n Donuts, Scoops ice-cream, (Across the street) to Publix, Surfstyle, Foxy's, Chase bank (ATM) 5-7 min walk. The owners are very polite and show what I believe to be genuine interest/ concern for the quality of your stay in their managed units. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a fun filled beach week or long weekend, I definitely recommend staying in one of the units Charles , Liz, and Brandon manage.

Attended a wedding

Our stay was enjoyable and we loved the location of the condo. Very convenient to walk to many of places nearby and of course loved the Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The view from the balcony was very nice and enjoyable to sit and have coffee and breakfast while looking at the ocean. Beach access and the chairs and towels left in the condo came in handy and were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the treasure island area. We had a parking spot underneath the condos that was assigned to keep our rental car parked which worked out great, and kept it cool so it wasn’t in the sun when we went to get in. We brought our own filters and ground coffee and used the coffee maker which worked out great and was also convenient for coffee when we didn’t go to Dunkin. The soap and body wash things in the shower were not filled but a few toiletries were left to use but note that the bar of soap left is a facial bar not necessarily bar soap for your body. We didn’t use the washer or dryer so I can’t speak to how that worked as we had no time to wash anything while there. There was only one extra blanket in the main bedroom closet but wish there was more extra blankets for the other bedroom and if someone stayed on the couch bed. When your out in the sun all day and get burnt although you want AC on it got chilly at night and would of been great to have an extra blanket for each room and the couch area. Trash was easy to take out.

Perfect Vacation
