This fabulous, 100% remodeled (ty Hurricane Helene) condo in Treasure Island is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a charming and serene beach cottage style for their getaway. With a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a stylish living room with a comfy sofa bed, this property offers a relaxing space for your vacation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, heated pool, assigned parking space, hairdryer, iron, W/D and fully equipped kitchen therefore making your stay comfortable and stress-free. For your 8 minute walk to our sandy beaches, we make it easy with all beach supplies provided, including a beach wagon, towels, chairs and an umbrella. You just need to bring the big sun hat and sunscreen. Enjoy the dolphins, manatees and seabirds from our beautiful dock on Boca Ciega Bay with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The dock is 30 feet from our middle, bottom floor unit. The heated pool is just across from the unit. The complex of 11 units is typically quiet, so no worries about being next to the pool. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
