  • Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!

    Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!

    A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
    The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

    More Beach Cabanas, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.

    Beach is located across the small parking lot from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
    Behind the unit is a private picnic area, with shuffleboard in the next unit.
