Seaview is an attractive 25-unit condominium located directly on Madeira Beach overlooking the Gulf . Seaview #105 is a spacious first floor condo benefiting from an extra large balcony that looks directly over the recently renovated pool and spa and the beautiful beach. Watch the amazing sun sets from our extended balcony, complete with a full outdoor lounger set and patio furniture for outdoor eating and relaxation. Make sure to keep an eye out for dolphins as you relax on the balcony, as they frequently make their way down the shore!

Seaview has a great off-site management company with a local representative who is on hand for all your needs, should any arise during your stay, as well as luggage trolleys to help with loading/ unloading, an elevator for ease of access, and a nearby private parking lot.

The large open plan condo offers an open living room area with comfy reclining sofas, as well as a full dining room and kitchen that look out onto the large balcony area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete with a brand new fridge, oven/ stove, microwave and Keurig. There is also an in unit washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay. The lounge benefits from a 82 inch flat screen TV which allows you access your own streaming account via the in house Wifi to ensure you don't miss any of your favorite series or sports while you're on vacation.

Both bedrooms are newly decorated. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a pull out twin ottoman, whilst the second bedroom offers two recently replaced full sized beds. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. Bathroom one (Master en-suite) offers a walk in shower WC and twin basins, while bathroom two offers a Bath/Shower, WC and basin all recently installed.

The outdoor pool deck has also been recently renovated, with a brand new full length pool and jacuzzi spa, as well as a tiki hut and communal barbecue for all of your grilling needs. There is a private access gate that allows condo guests and residents easy and private beach access, allowing you to freely gain access to the beautiful, white sand beach and warm gulf waters. There is also a downstairs bathroom exclusively for guests of the condominium, making it easy to stay out on the beach from sunrise to sunset and enjoy the sea views all day long.

The condo building is just a short walk from John's Pass Village, our local outlet for shops and some great restaurants, seafood and steak restaurants. There is fishing and water sports just a trolley bus ride away( which picks up just outside the condo), or a short car ride. It Is also a beautiful walk along the beach.

The condo also is stocked with pool and beach equipment, with comfortable beach chairs, pool toys, umbrellas and more to make the most of the white sand beach that's just a few yards away.

If you are hiring a car, Madeira Beach is a short and scenic drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld Orlando or Walt Disney World.

St Petersburg and Clearwater Beach are only a short drive away, with great dining, nightlife, shopping. and of course wonderful local beaches if you fancy a change from our fabulous Madeira Beach. Tampa is also a short drive away, for some excellent dining, bars, cultural attractions, and frequent sports events and concerts.
