YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Step into this beautiful beach condo and leave all your worries behind. This unit has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. Freshly painted in fall of 2017- New furnishings, remodeled bathrooms, new therapeutic extra deep mattresses, new ac, Wi-Fi ready & modern décor – all together make this a great spot to relax in luxury. The guest room has a queen bed with an additional futon to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. The master has a king bed and boasts beautiful views of the water without leaving the bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and flat screen TV's abound including the 60 plasma TV in the living room.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides plenty of room for 3 or more cooks or plenty of counter space for delivery from any of the many great local eateries. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to pack lightly.
The private balcony provides a great spot to just take in the view, have a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the awe inspiring sunsets. It is a great napping spot as well!
Take a walk on the miles on sandy white beaches or enjoy the heated pool and spa and any time.
Looking for a little more adventure with your kids, Disney World and Universal Studios are 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island is a quick 35 minute drive.

Great Spring Break

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The beach cottages is the size we prefer with amenities to suit the entire family.

Beach Vacation!

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy watching the pool or the ocean waves. It is located pretty close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was not get the entry codes or parking pass but other people staying there helped us out. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous view and great location on the beach

We’ve stayed in these condos before in a different unit and loved both of them. This one has a great view of the water as well as the pool area. It is very spacious and stocked with beach towels, sand and pool toys as well as beach chairs and even a pop up for hot, sunny days. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this condo for a great beachside vacation. It was a well-equipped condo, very comfortable with plenty of seating and a balcony view of the pool and Gulf. Wonderful Experience at Indian Shores Condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Beach Cottage condo unit in Florida. Mercedes was very responsive and attentive to our needs and we were impressed by how promptly she addressed any concerns that arose. The unit itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with a stunning balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sunset. The ensuite bathroom had a large shower and excellent water pressure and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Additionally, the outdoor furniture, kitchen amenities and beach supplies provided added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Condo was amazing with plenty of room for four of us. Plenty of accommodations. Easy access to pool and beach. Check in was easy, we were given the codes with plenty of notice. Lots of things to do close by especially with their trolley system.

Short get away

Condo was ok. The smell of the condo was very moldy. The stinch of the bird sanctuary next door was very nauseating. By the end of the trip the smell was wafting into the condo
