Place was just average. Didn’t really appreciate mgmt having scheduled the a/c replacement on the first day of our stay and having to be up and out of the place for most of the day without any notice other than when we checked in the previous afternoon. Place is a bit “worn”, mismatched paint and “touch ups” in different colors, a hole in the wall around bathroom lights, doors that don’t close properly, etc…things that could be easily fixed. Also found homeless people sleeping in stairwell entrance on the beachside when we went for our morning walk. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and John’s pass, but that’s about the most positive. We won’t be staying at this one in the future.

Great little gem!

We booked this property last minute for the 4th of July and were very pleased with our stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, and everything was very clean. Staff is friendly and personable. Even the pullout bed was fantastic! Most comfortable pullout ever! It is a mattress/inflatable hybrid - something I’ve never seen before, but super comfy! Also....LOVED that they have two hammocks under shade to relax in. Ive always loved a place with hammocks! It’s perfectly situated near John’s Pass and there is a paved bike path along the beach, which I rather enjoyed. (I recommend Endless Summer beach rentals! They deliver right to Condo!) We live near Orlando and like to take lots of mini vacations close by.....South Beach Condo has just become our new favorite spot!

Beautiful sunsets and view of the Gulf. Very clean only a few items I thought should have been standard but were not there : coffee filters and salt and pepper. Overall very nice maybe just an update of the duvet cover - it looked a little dingy since it was white and whites tend to turn gray after alot of washing.

Great location on the beach with a nice porch to watch the sunsets. Also quite and well maintained. If you want to party plenty of places within walking distance. Could use a hot tub.
