Wonderful beach home with entertainment

We love this area of Indian Rocks Beach, and would definitely stay in this home again. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has plenty of games and entertainment in the basement. It is a very quick walk to the beach and the beach wagon made it easy to take all of our chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect home near beach with everything you need!

Game room was great for evenings. All beach equipment is there and was awesome to have a wagon and rolling cooler to use. Spacious home and very nice place to call home for a week. This is our second time renting this home and it is perfect for our family! Front porch was awesome to sit outside on and just enjoy the Florida weather. Comfy beds, comfy couches, kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook our own meals. Perfect place!

Beautiful home

The house is fantastic, beautiful, modern and clean. Location is perfect. Dead end street and super close to beach ( 10th of a mile walk) hanging out on the front porch was one of our favorite things. The kids loved the game room. Truly a wonderful stay. I would recommend it to anyone! Communication with owner was also great.

Beautiful, clean, close to beach

We were very impressed with this home. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for the beach! The game room was fantastic for fun family evenings. Wagon to pull everything to beach, cooler on wheels, super comfortable beds, etc. They were excellent hosts and we will definitely be back! Responded to my messages very timely. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Beach vacation

We stayed at the house for a week and had a nice time. The house is a little dated and needs a renovation. For example, the bathroom sinks are peeling off and the mattresses are old. The garbage disposable was broken and the property manager took days to reply. They never sent anyone to fix it during our stay. In the other hand the house is fully equipped and well located. They had nice beach chairs and a cooler. It is not a luxury home, it is kind of simple, but nice. The surroundings are very quiet, nice place to relax.

Absolutely amazing!

This is a beautiful and excellent place to stay in IRB. Having a whole home to yourself is rare in this area and this a wonderful value. There were 5 of us staying here and we had such a great time on the beach and at the house. The weather was absolutely perfect and we loved using the game room and the front porch was so fun to relax on and hang out. This is a special place and has all the things you will need to have at the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels and toys. It is a frequently used rental; you will have what you would expect at a hotel for bathing essentials and some kitchen supplies. We had to buy salt and Kleenex and olive oil. There was plenty of good coffee pods provided but no way to filter tap water so be prepared to bring in drinking water. But for the most part the kitchen is well stocked and the towels and linen supply is almost endless!I highly recommend this beautiful home and I look forward to coming back. It is a peaceful and memorable place in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beautiful beach.
