Luxury waterfront townhome - private rooftop patio

  • Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Clearwater Beach, voted #1 beach in the U.S. This unique Mediterranean style townhome is merely a block and half (or a five minute short walk) from Pier 60 and the nightly Key West style Sunset Celebrations. This location is perfect to enjoy the "Sugar White Sands" and the Boardwalk of Clearwater Beach. It's a short 2 blocks to the beach and within those 2 blocks, you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping. You can sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the tranquility of the water while watching for dolphins and manatees to go by. The rooftop terrace allows for eating outside, sun bathing and conversation with family or friends, or just enjoying the sunset or beautiful view both day and night. The home is so well stocked, we have everything to make sure you have the best beach vacation. Once you visit "Our Little Slice of Heaven", you're sure to fall in love with it as well!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The only thing we ask upon departure tomorrow is to throw away all your trash and place it in the bins in the garage. Please put all furniture back if moved and please wash pool/beach towels.
You do not need to do anything else, we will take care of the rest. If you are planing on departing before 10am please let me know for scheduling. If not we will be there then to clean at 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
