  • Welcome to the Florida Gulf Coast! Come stay and enjoy this beautiful, updated, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath beach condo inside the private, gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club community. SLEEPS 4 guests (1 Master: King w/ closet, 1 Guest Room: Bunk Bed, Full Bed over Full Bed), a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, cozy living area, screened in porch, washer & dryer, cable & high speed WiFi. Condo is located on the second floor accessible by one flight of stairs.

    Inside this gated community includes 2 beautiful pools to kick back and relax and free parking for one car.
    3 fishing piers within the property - perfect for dropping a line in or watching the sunrise

    You will not find a more convenient location that has everything you need within walking distance; most importantly less than a 10 minute walk/5 minute drive to the BEACH! Walk or drive to the grocery store across the street, liquor store, local shopping and live music at the famous Saltwater Hippie (a local favorite!).
    Located across the street from ROC Park, offering 2 public tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a children’s playground. Activities are endless!
