The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1405 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Perfect location!

I love it when you can park your car and forget about it! We checked in unloaded our stuff and walked to Johns Pass for dinner at Bubba Gumps. Then we walked along the boardwalk and stopped at many shops. The next day, we walked to the beach for the morning, came back for lunch, and went to the heated pool in the afternoon. The condo is very well maintained, no issues. However, the floors, although looked clean, were very dirty. Our feet were black so we kept our flip flops on. This is my first time renting with VRBO so I didnt know all the nuances. We had soap and paper towels but no more trash bags for the kitchen. Thankfully someone left coffee filters because I didnt know what type, if any, coffee machine was in the condo. Other than those 2 small things, this was a great place to stay! The view on the balcony of the marina is really nice with the morning sun.
