  • Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away.



    Our little piece of paradise is perfectly setup for vacationing and relaxing with lush landscaping, an island style tiki hut for socializing and BBQ grilling, a beautiful heated pool, as well as a full inventory of bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and games exclusively for our Guests' use.

Space was clean! Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach!! Details you could put in description of kitchen icemaker, and you have both a keriug and a drip coffee maker! Small footstool in living room would have been nice too! I would stay here again!!

Perfectly located adorable cottage!

Well kept and nicely appointed cottage, perfect for a family of 4! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to beach access and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back!

Incredible Stay!!

We will definitely be back! The location was awesome just a few blocks from St. John's Pass but far enough away you had a little peace and quiet. The pool was heated and perfect for March weather. Our kids loved it! Also, the garage had everything we needed for the beach, including a cart, cooler, sand toys, and more! The bikes were a "cherry on top" bonus. We were very pleased!

Cute cottage in great location.

Great location where you can walk to beach, Caddy’s, John’s Pass. We had a great time and our 5 year old loved the heated pool! The unit we stayed in is small but we only have a family of 3. Having access to the garage full of beach stuff, toys, etc. was convenient. Bring quarters if you want to do laundry. Only drawbacks are that the kitchen was sparsely appointed and windows don’t have screens so hard to keep windows open during cool nights without bugs coming inside. Would be nice to have recycling provided as well. We had a great time!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We originally booked Friday through Sunday, but on Monday I contacted the host to see if it was possible to extend our stay by one more night. They were incredibly accommodating, and we were so grateful they made it happen.The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. After spending the day at the beach, it was such a relief to come back to an apartment with an air conditioner that worked perfectly and kept us cool. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient.One of the biggest surprises was everything the property provided for guests. We weren’t expecting all the beach amenities! There were beach chairs, a beach cart, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, floating devices, and so many extras that made our vacation even more enjoyable without having to rent equipment elsewhere.The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. What meant the most to me was seeing how much my son enjoyed the stay. He isn’t usually very social or excited about traveling, but he felt completely comfortable here and even told me he would love to come back soon. That alone made this trip incredibly special.Thank you for providing such a welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay. We made wonderful memories here, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We hope to return again soon!

Beach Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and there were lots of beach amenities to use which was great! It was nice walking to John’s Pass for an evening of great food and shopping. The short walk to the beach was amazing too! Communication with the owners was great if we had any problems. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Location

We LOVED the location-a mere 705 steps from our unit to the shore. Everything we needed was there and a shirt ride to get the rest. Having the beach carts was awesome-there was never an issue getting necessary beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, etc). I will definitely be back with other extended family as everyone could have their own villa. It was located close to everything we wanted to see on the gulf coast-HIGHLY RECOMMEND

5 stars!! My husband and I came in for the St Pete IndyCar race. Super cute & clean VRBO. Other pros..immediate response from manager, comfortable bed, short walk to beach and free use of beach chairs & bikes! This unit shares common space and pool with a couple other units which would be perfect for a large family who want to be close but also separate. Thanks for the great stay!!

Cozy and convenient

From our early arrival and check in, to our early check out, the communication was spectacular! We were provided with information that allowed us to check in early with alternate plans to safely store luggage in the event that the property was not ready when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental property. The location was in an excellent spot and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and especially to the beach! The property felt very safe, and I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family. If we return to the area, I would consider staying in the cottages again.

Great location and nice for smaller family

Location was great! Having the use of shared bikes was nice. Would suggest not counting on other items to be available if the other renters do not return after each use. A few notes were that dishwasher was broken and shower curtain and rod needs rethought to stop water hitting the wall which management was aware of the wall needing repair. Bunk room was tiny but expected from photo and fine for our needs. Very happy with overall experience for sure.

Lovely and convenient unit

Clean. Responsive. Well appointed. Close to everything. Only gripe is re check in. Traveling from out of state and we arrived earlier than anticipated. Despite the unit being cleaned and empty, we weren’t permitted to check in much earlier. Would’ve paid extra $$ for the ability to do so.

Bright, fresh and convenient

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. It had been newly redone and everything felt new and fresh. It would be a great place for a family reunion as there were 4 units all sharing a pool and common space. We had family staying on the beach less than a mile away, so we didn't need easy access but it was a short walk to public beach access. The only issue we had was there were no dressers or drawers in the bedrooms. We were there for 8-nights and had to leave all our things in the suitcase. The property managers were very quick to respond to all of our requests and needs. We would definitely stay there again. One other quick note, is that some of the drawers had crumbs and the small appliances in the drawers didn't seem clean. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great place to stay !

This condo was the perfect spot for our beach getaway. The beach was a 5 min walk as advertised. I really appreciated that there were some beach gear at the property. The condo was as advertised and clean and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive when we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again!
