  • Discover this newly renovated 2B/2B first floor (corner unit) condo in beautiful Clearwater Beach. The space features a king bed and a queen bed with luxurious mattresses for a relaxing night’s sleep. The condo stays comfortable year-round with central air and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing for your next adventure, this charming spot offers a lovely retreat. The complex is small with only 30 units and is conveniently located to explore all the shops and dining. Best of all you are only a short 5 minute walk to the beach! The beach trolley stops directly behind our place every 30 minutes for a very minimal cost/day. Our place is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation truly one to remember. Morning coffee on the patio is the best while soaking up the sunshine!

All wet towels to be placed on drying racks in lanai.
All doors and windows must be closed AND locked.
