We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, and after a rough year in 2020, we decided to provide a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $40 per day, or $200 per week!

We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.

Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops.

Why stay “near” the beach when you can stay “on” the beach for a rate that competes with a single hotel room?

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo, great hosts, very clean & comfortable. We appreciated all the little things you included in the condo and the outdoor chair and umbrella were quite a bonus and the envy of other condo renters in the building! There is construction going on all around Madeira Beach including on the beachfront properties, but this has to be expected as they are all trying to get up and running as fast as they can. It was only during the day and during the working week so it didn’t bother us. The beach was beautiful.

The Happy Place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The hosts truly look after the guests to make this a Happy Place while you're on vacation.The amenities are unbelievable, too many to mention. This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in a few in the area and none of them come close to this one. The owners have done a phenomenal job. It’s clean, well decorated, and has anything you could ever need. They have even rented an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach. It made for an exceptional stay. Wonderful-Gulf Side!

This was our first stay at "Our Happy Place". The owners communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in during our stay. They clearly care about the renter's experience. We were surprised how spacious the condo was. We would definitely recommend staying here, the condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; the kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beach is beautiful, and just a short walk from the condo. We loved our view from the balcony. The king bed was comfy and we slept well. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Owners are very responsive . Elevator was broken almost our entire stay (not the owner’s fault) I was very thankful to be on the first floor lol. The elevator maintenance ppl were there promptly when it was reported broken, but I think they were waiting on a part . Beds are comfy- my kids loved them . Balcony -view was nice - saw baby dolphins . Manatee swam by me in the ocean . Overall great location. Close to many restaurants- walking distance

Beautiful condo

This was our second year staying in this condo . Last year brought friends this year brought family. The grandkids loved every second of it! The balcony overlooking the pool and the beach and the unit being on the first floor was exactly what we love! Very spacious and clean and updated with a beachy theme. Stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. All you need to buy is food. We went on the pirate ship ride at John’s pass which I highly recommend for little kids, miniature golf down the road, restaurants close by, and Disney about a 2 hr drive. Amazing vacation!

This property was beautiful! My husband and I and our daughters 13,11,11 stayed at the end of July and had such a nice time. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful and made going to the beach easy not having to lug everything. We enjoyed exploring Madeira, St.Pete and Treasure Island. Jet skied at Johns Pass, mini golfed, went to a Rays game, and had great dinners at restaurants on the beach as well. Our favorite excursion was with St. Pete Coastal Cruises. The island sunset and skyway light show. Amazing!! Thanks Maureen for sharing your home with us. One thing that can use a little TLC are the shower heads and handles. Thanks!

Beach Vacation

Our condo was outstanding! It was very clean and had everything one needs, From spices to use in kitchen to toys to use down at the beach. You only need your food and clothes. The two beach loungers and umbrella made our week even better. Both my wife and I have mobility issues and we would have problems getting up from sitting on the sand or low beach chairs. Communication between the property manager and us was very impressive; I’m talking a minute or two to respond to any questions we had. They even texted us a couple times during the week to see if we needed anything. Thank you Marian for checking on us. Thank you Walter and Maureen for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Overall wonderful trip!

We vacationed here in mid May and had such a wonderful experience! The property was clean and very well stocked. Maureen and Walter have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests feel at home and have everything they need. The beach and local area was quiet and laid back. We enjoyed exploring some of the local areas but also took a couple days to travel to the larger touristy cities like Clearwater, St Pete’s and Tampa. We struggled a bit with the lock pad on the door one evening but the host was quick to help fix the issue (we accidentally disengaged the lock). They were lovely and so sweet from check in to check out. We have definitely discussed coming back to this unit and have recommended to family. Pack light because the unit has everything you need for a great trip and if you’re out in the water be sure to swim out to the sandbars to see all of the live sand dollars!
