The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! The perfect floor height to see dolphins and manatees while enjoying your morning coffee. Many great area restaurants are located close by with Putt Putt just across the street. Gulf Front Heated Pool! Loads of local attractions. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. This unit comes with one assigned parking space on the south end of the property. Elevator has been repaired.
