Updated corner unit with two balconies has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

The entire interior, from bedrooms to bathrooms, has been updated and upgraded to be one of the nicest units in the whole resort. A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze. Everything is exactly as pictured! The balcony was great to watch the sunset! We used the pool, hot tub, and beach and loved it all

The last time this property was updated was 1989. We will not return to this property. There is still work being done on buildings close by and that noise went from 7 AM to 3 PM. Something is simple as getting on the elevator was a process and very frustrating, the unit itself was underwhelming, from bedding to toiletries to just having a working icemaker.

Great stay

Great location and would highly recommend and would book again. The condo had extras that we were not expecting and the check-in was easy. The bedrooms were large comfortable and the living space was perfection. We enjoyed sitting on the patio as it overlooked the pool towards the ocean.

Awesome Condo

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulf off the balcony and the sunset views were breathtaking. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We definately look forward to coming back again!

Great place

Love the spacious rooms and glad it had two bathrooms. Toilet seats are so low for an elderly person. My 86 yr old Mom came with us and she struggled. Other than that it was nice.

Christmas vacation in Mad Beach

The unit was clean The unit needs updating, carpet seems a bit dark and the walls have marks on them, cracks here and there around windows. Some of the tables are showing their age. Could use new baking pans. Overall, we had a great experience but the unit does not compare favorably with another that we were in , in the same building.

Beautiful view

Unfortunately the cleaning staff was not so good. Master bedroom smelled like vomit and bathroom was filthy. Female hair was everywhere. Called management they had a cleaning crew come in and put carpet deodorizer which helped for a few hours. Condo was nice just need carpet removed

Perfect Condo for Four Ladies!!

This condo checked ALL the boxes for our group of four women. Easy, adequate, free parking. Very spacious corner unit with fantastic views. Balcony with enough room for all 4 of us to relax on. 2 bedrooms and 4 comfortable queen beds. Well equipped kitchen. Master bath had 2 separate sinks and counters which we appreciated when we were all getting ready to go out! Just a few short steps from elevator to the pool & beach access. The only "negatives" were the 3 different codes for the unit, elevator, & pool/beach gates. Kind of a pain, but I wrote them down & kept them with me wherever I went. Also, there is only ONE ELEVATOR for the whole building with approx. 50+ units. Be prepared to spend some time waiting on it! Overall, a very comfortable condo in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Fabulous location. Right on the beach and close to some good restaurants. Great view and a nice deck to watch the waves and sunset - the reason we rented this condo. Beds comfy. Kitchen had most things we needed. Linen and towels clean. The condo definitely needs a very good cleaning, especially the main bathroom. The walls were very dusty, the ceiling fans very dusty, the tops of the ceiling fans. Felt like turning anything on would result in a dust storm. Would not take a lot of time or energy to give a good wipe down. The other complaint, although minor, is the soap and shampoo provided. I actually thought that this may be what is used in a prison. So bring your own soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The pros definitely outweigh the cons on this place and this place could definitely become a 5 star with a good bathroom clean and a bit of money spent on the extras.

Good stay but not without issues

The condo people were always friendly & available when we had issues, though cant say same for building manager. We had inconveniences on both Condo & building elevator. Almost needed boomed down by FFD to get off 4th floor when elevator broke down and it took a few hours for maintenance to arrive. This building had many seniors and we had 2 disabled with us. Had we known if this elevators has prior issues we would have tried for a ground floor unit. Our sliding patio doors were VERY hard to slide. A work order is now put in for new wheels. The cold shower issue was resolved Our stay otherwise was good and our Condo people were quick to respond.

Awesome long weekend at the beach

Great beach vaca location. We stayed in the same condo the year before. So, 2 years in a row we enjoyed labor day weekend at one of the best beaches in Florida. Very clean , great end unit, lots of sunlight and great ocean-views, good floor-plan for 8 people, big common area and 2 dining tables. Great location walkable to John's pass to the south, Caddies beach restaurant just to the north walking distance too. Pool was kept clean even with a lot of pool traffic. We rented the blue beach lounger/umbrella from info@beachservicewest.com, so less packing of beach "stuff". Couple of negatives that management says they will try to change: Old slider to the balcony was really hard to open in fact the handle broke off on us, beds could use a good 5" memory foam for more comfort. As for the association/security guard: Make sure you post your vehicle permit and that dates/room# are displayed to avoid the hassle. 2 per vehicles per condo. Condo manager was very helpful in giving us a space to park 2 other vehicles that sec guard hassled us about. But just doing his job to keep non-guests from overcrowding the parking and trying to use the beach access. Property manager was very helpful and johnny-on-the-spot throughout the weekend.

Check in process was easy. Most everything was clean. Could use new bath towels. They were a little stinky (like body odor) and rough on skin. Location and rest of place was fabulous! We have stayed in that facility in a different condo in the past and chose this unit this year instead. The water shower coming from the beach was broken 50 percent of the time. The gate to the beach was hard to open but it’s better then easy bc you want it secure !

Sea breeze vacation

The condo was a great corner unit. Lots of ways to see the beach! It was very very clean, the variety was plush, and there was plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Had a nice large refrigerator, but no ice maker, that was inconvenient. Stove and dishwasher worked perfectly. Shower Water got hot and we appreciate that. We were right next to the stairs which we had to use multiple tubes due to there only being 1 elevator. There was at least 2 times it was stuck on a floor without anyone on that floor having pushed a button at least that i could tell. I actually went up to see why it wasn’t coming down. The wait was over 5 minutes most of the time not at peak use. And if you had a large load many times, the elevator would be full when it got to you and you’d have to wait again. Overall, we tolerated it for a short trip and we were very comfortable in the condo at all times.

Sea Breeze will always be our family's top choice in Madeira Beach. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We visited with a 1 year old and came prepared with some baby proofing essentials and had to put away some breakables, but that's a personal problem and has nothing to do with the unit itself. The place was stocked with essentials and beach things I assume previous renters left behind. The view from the balcony can't be beat and that's why we keep going back!

My family and I have been coming to the Seabreeze for the past several years in the same unit very spacious and accommodating for our needs. Perfect view and within a good distance of restaurants and entertainment.

Condo was very clean and met our needs. I would recommend replacing mattresses on the beds and maybe refreshing kitchen supplies. Location was great and the owners were very responsive.
