Cute condo with a great view

Such a cute condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Great experience all shops, grocery store, and restaurants near by. Treasure island has such a fun vibe.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Surf Beach Resort. It would have been nice if there was a beach cart or wagon because of the distance of the walk to the beach.

Great place

This is our 2nd time at Surf Beach Resort. Perfect for two couples. We love sitting on balcony and enjoying the view. Pool, hot tub and beachfront are all great. One suggestion would be to add TV subscription for watching movies, or let people know there is a DVD player to bring your own. In evenings we wanted to watch something and regular channels had nothing. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, adorable two bedroom condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. Lots of beach toys, plenty of towels. Washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the location right on the beach. The property is well maintained. We have stayed in this building before in a different unit. This unit was more up-to-date and better decorated. Overall great experience.

Great vacation condo and location

This condo was great for location for many things that were walkable and not far from John’s pass. Nice and close to many great restaurants as well. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floor was very dirty, if we walked without sandals, we would get black feet or socks right away. The pool is not bad, but the fence around it definitely needs fixing because it was all crooked. But I am not going to put that against them because of the hurricanes. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we would definitely return!

The condo is in an excellent location! Enjoyed walking the beach and path everyday! The only negative things were the beds and bedding need replaced, and the cleaning of the second bedroom. I will stay again! Thank you

Great location

We stayed Nov 8-13 for our honeymoon , the property was clean , organized and had a great view of the Gulf of Mexico . We walked to all the restaurants and the bars , excellent food and live entertainment at all the establishments . The property owners were great with communication through text . The check in and check procedure was extremely easy . We will go back

Good property for family

The unit was very clean, and a perfect size for our family. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again. Everything inside appeared new, including appliances, paint, etc. The only recommendation I would have is the chairs on the balcony were a bit worn, causing a bar from the frame to slightly push through the seat cushion when sitting, which was a bit uncomfortable. The unit overlooks the beach, which was a short walk away. There were chairs, beach toys, etc available in the unit. The pool was also nice. The entire outdoor area of the building was well maintained, the trash was emptied promptly, etc. Overall I'm very pleased with our stay.

Treasure Island stay

The condo was exactly as presented in the photos advertised. Very nice & updated.Perfect size for my friend & I. Thank you for the coffee & amenities. We appreciated the beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, etc. left in the closet. We enjoyed our stay! My only 2 suggestions for improvement: 1. shower nozzle located within faucet spout is loose and therefore only limited pressure goes to the shower head. Also, after dropping my makeup under the sink towel rack, I discovered some partial wrappers & thick dust bunnies indicating that it had not been previously swept thoroughly.

Super fun experience!

We had a super fun & Relaxing stay. The rental had everything we needed to make ourself as comfortable for our 7 day stay. Very close to restaurant & shopping. The washer and dryer was a big plus for us. We will try to remember not to pack so much next time. But us part time vacationers we always overpack.I think the only down fall of the whole trip was the water pressure in the unit. It could have been a little more stronger especially when you are done at a day at the beach,In the pool or out on an all day adventures and you need a good shower to whined down for a relaxing night. But the overall the stay, location and experience was five stars. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you iTrip for a great vacation!!

Great condo!

Rented this place for my annual birthday trip with my hubby. This is our 4th trip to Treasure Island and our favorite place to stay so far. The condo is super cute, updated, and in a great location. So easy to jump on the boardwalk for a morning walk or to walk to breakfast, dinner, or catch some live music. The balcony is directly above the sun deck by the pool but that was not an issue for us. The bed was comfortable and the blackout drapes in the bedroom were perfect. Bring cash to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and be prepared for a bit of a walk, the beach is wide so the water is a couple hundred yards away. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, we will definitely be back! The only thing I would change would be a mop in the closet. The floors were vacuumed but not super clean and as the week went on I was dying to be able to give them a quick swipe with a mop ;).

Perfect in every way!

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we walked in to the very clean and fresh smelling condo to the moment we checked out, we had everything we could possibly need. The view is amazing! Surprisingly enough for a 2nd floor unit, you can see the water. The balcony is roomie enough for 4 which is rare for beach condos in the TI area. The owners were wonderful and addressed any questions we had immediately through text. The checkin and checkout process is so easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot! This unit is convention located on the property to easily take the stairs with beach/pool necessities. We loved the privacy being on the corner. As a previous condo rental owner, I can appreciate the owners’ efforts to go above and beyond foe their guests! Thanks for a wonderful stay and to allow us to shoe off beautiful TI to our friends visiting! We will rent again!

Cute Condo

We enjoyed this property very much. All of the high touch areas were clean, just a few hard to reach spots weren't done (like under the couch). My kids loved that the couch turned into a bed so they didn't have to share a room. The beds in the room were ok.... just a basic firm inner spring mattress. Not the most comfortable bed, but definitely not the worst. The fitted sheets really didn't fit well, which annoyed my husband more than me. The kitchen has the basics as far as dinnerware and a few pans, but not a lot of lids. There were no spices either, but a big deal. I've stayed in places where that type of food stuff was left and places where it is not, so bring your own. The communication with the property management was EXCELLENT. They were so quick to respond to any questions, and checked in to make sure we were happy. This was our second time coming to Treasure Island, our first staying here. We love the area and will definitely try to stay here again.

Great get away from the frozen north!

We have stayed at this property before and were not disappointed. We’re also very thankful that this community is returning strong after the hurricane! We hope to visit again, soon!
