  • Located near great restaurants, shops, and only a moment from the soft sand of St Pete Beach, this outstanding condo in Gulf Winds will pamper you with lots of space and style.



    This unique layout adds on a spacious 28' x 14' enclosed private shaded patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. It's like another living room! Outdoor dining table for six or relax in one of the two recliners.



    This recently updated unit is beautifully setup for your family vacation with new tile floors throughout the unit, new furniture, all updated and new kitchen and bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the updated bathroom with tub/shower is located in between. The living room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating. The Island style kitchen area, with new appliances and granite counter tops, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.



    All linens, bath and beach towels are included. Washer and dryer facilities on the property. Free high speed WiFi Internet service.

Well located on the bay with a balcony. Across the street from Treasure Island beach. Grocery store is conveniently on the same block. Bedrooms are large and nicely furnished.

We did not stay at the property shown as the air conditioning went out. The company booked us at another location. The property we were booked was great, we just planned on being across from the beach and having a washer and dryer. The stay was great, but we ended up not going to the beach more than once due to the walk and not being able to let our teenagers go without us because of distance.

Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. Most important thing go me is the cleanliness of the place I’m staying, and I was not disappointed. The king bed did make a lot of noise, the headboard and/or supporting boards, whenever someone rolled over sounded like it might break, but it was comfortable. It seemed like a safe, nice area.

Very convenient stay

We really enjoyed this location! Charles was very prompt and communicative. The place was quiet, but the front bed room had a lot of outside light penetrating at night, but nothing could be done about the street lights and we understood that. It was awesome that there were beach chairs and beach umbrella available for us to use!!! We walked to most places as it is super close to everything! The beaches are clean and safe. NOTE: no lifeguards in the area.

The unit was bright, spacious and clean. The kitchen was large and easy to work in. Outdoor area was also spacious, but could use a spruce up. The beach is literally steps away and the pool area was incredible. As a couple, the second bedroom was great to store our stuff, but would also accommodate children. A family of 3 or 4 would be very comfortable. It's also close to many restaurants. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in was easy. I would definitely recommend it.

The good:-The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with. -Great pool that’s never super packed. - Right across the street from the beach-Walking distance to food, shopping, beach, pool, etcThe bad:- The patio is next to the dumpsters so while it’s nice to have a covered patio, the stench of rotting garbage makes it hard to sit out there and enjoy it- the property could be a little cleaner and needs updates. For example the floors were pretty dirty and the chairs in the unit had no upholstery in them.

The property is in great proximity to the beach & very convenient & easy to get to dining & shopping. My only complaints are we had a few maintenance issues which once the property management was made aware of were corrected quickly & with as little inconvenience to us as possible, it’s just disappointing we had to deal with stuff like that at all on vacation. The outdoor patio area could use some TLC the fence is very tall so it blocks you from being able to see out feels like your sitting in a box & part of the fencing is missing & a tarp has been hung in its place could be cleaned up to be made to be an inviting place you’d like to sit out at & relax.

The patio

The pro’s. Location is perfect. Across the street is the beach. It’s awesome. The unit was clean. Tidy. Very nice. Cons: The patio. The fencing is rotting and falling down. It is literally zip tied and tied with string to keep it together. One section has completely rotted and fallen down. A grey tarp was put in its place. That doesnt Work well in windy weather. It’s like a sail whipping in the wind. It’s so loud and obnoxious that it wakes you up at night. I complained and they said they would be out to fix it but no one ever came. There are no cooking knives. 4 dull steak knives. A handful of kitchen utensils. The fridge has broken drawers and broken holders in the door. The sheets do not fit the bed. They came off every. Single. Night. I won’t even go into upstairs and how you can hear everything!!!! Hope the upstairs unit isn’t rented out You can tell this property is rental only. The bare minimum is put into it. It’s disappointing.

Perfect for couple, a little tight for 3 adults and child. Older rental .7Agency was excellent to work with, answering questions quickly and making repairs swiftly. Bonus was enclosed patio. Perfect for beach drop offs.
