Great Beach Condo

This condo offers the perfect beach location. Just steps from the beach with several bars and restaurants in walking/trolley distance. The two balconies offer sunrise and sunset views and the spacious kitchen, dining, living room and two bedrooms provide plenty of space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times now. It has always been clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s always nice to get back to Indian Shores with its nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will come back again. The owner is always a call away to answer your questions.

The condominium was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Two balconies was spectacular for viewing ocean and pool. We would recommend this to all thinking about staying in Indian Shores.

My wife and I traveled from Augusta , GA to visit with our daughter and son in law Tampa, FL. We were lucky enough to find this condo for 4 nights. What a great condo. Clean, updated, well cared for and in a great location. Beautiful views of the swimming pool and the beach and ocean. I highly recommend this condo and I certainly would stay again. Unexpected surprise.

Location was great. It was across from a park and overlooking the pool on the east and we could look out west and see the bay. Condo location in the complex was perfect. The cleanliness upon our arrival was questionable. It was a miscommunication with the house keeping. Issues were corrected.

Linens need update

Could be a 4 or 5 star! Linens need update! Sheets in guest room felt like thin plastic. Our guests shortened their stay to 1 night. King size bed was lumpy on one side so not comfortable. 1 bath towel per person was not enough for 1 week. Good news, kitchen had everything we needed and rest of the condo was comfortable.

Gem of a location

My mom and I took my daughters to Florida for a long weekend. I wanted something on the water and found this HUGE condo. It was perfect. The picture's do not do it justice at all. Theres a king sized bed in one bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the water. It’s a side balcony so it’s not a huge view, but it was perfect for my daughters to take lots of pictures of the sunset. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with lots of drawer space in the dressers. There is a pullout couch in the living room and another couch. The living area is ginormous with a large table and chairs and more seating at the counter. You have lots of pots and pans and silverware and other cooking items. There is another huge balcony in the front that wraps around to the side. There’s plenty seating outside for everyone to enjoy the fresh air and you have a nice view of the pool while the kids swim, you can be reading a book or whatever on that balcony. The closet on the balcony has beach chairs and toys, which was great. If you wanna walk across the street for coffee, there is a little French café that has wonderful croissants very near. The best part is that the beach is just a quick ride down the elevator or a flight of stairs and walk out the back everyone at the complex was super friendly, including the maintenance man who was super helpful.

This condo was even a better location than the pictures show! We enjoyed the sunshine early in the morning on the balcony overlooking the pool and then the back balcony that looks out to the ocean was an ideal sunny spot from late afternoon to sunset! The easy access to the beach and the heated pool were also big bonuses. Great stay!

Beach view from back balcony was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and both coffee maker and Keurig. Beach access was very good. Host has a lot of beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers and toys. King bed and living room furniture were all comfortable. Balcony furniture was nice. Security of the complex was excellent.

Great trip with great weather in beautiful Indian shores. Place was very clean and comfortable and we especially liked three separate balconies, one with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Were able to sit on this balcony and enjoy the gorgeous Clearwater sunsets. Our host Kevin was very helpful in restaurant recommendations and quickly responded to all our inquiries. We would definitely chose to stay here again.

Very nice condo the building itself on the outside could use a little refresh painting in which they we’re doing some while we were there other than that the place was very clean owners were awesome
