We loved the property and location. The unit needed cleaning. The few of the kitchen cupboards were very sticky, long black hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor. When getting into bed the first night, my foot hit something under the bed, I looked and there was a water bottle, a cap and a quarter. Each day I took a shower the mirror was fogged up (which is normal) and I read the same message someone put on the mirror which read β€œI love u Mel.” I don’t know who Mel was, but I do know the mirror hadn’t been washed. With what we spent for out 4 nights stay, we expect a clean place.

Betty runs the office very efficiently and is thorough and reliable with all the details she handles. She is a pleasure to interact with. Great View of The Gulf & Bay But Needs a Good Cleaning.

The location and views are great. From the balcony you have great views of the gulf and bay. The furnishings are about what you would expect. The condo could use a very good cleaning. I washed anything from the kitchen before we used it. The coffee pot basket clearly had not been washed before we checked in and the coffee maker probably has never been descaled. Our feet were dirty from simply walking on the tile floor in the condo so obviously the floor had not been cleaned steamed. Given that the condo had been empty for about 1 week before we checked in I would think that would be one of the times a more thorough cleaning would be done. A good overall experience but with a few little things it could have been great.

A safe covid getaway

This condo was perfect for a beach getaway during covid. It is kept very clean. It has leather furniture and floor tile to make it easy to clean up any sand that came in with us after our days on the beach. This property sits directly on the beach and has everything needed for a wonderful week. It is walking distance to a grocery store, souvenirs, and dinner. We were able to find a delicious restaurant/bar (Bongos) that sits on the beach where we enjoyed dinner while watching the spectacular sunsets. We felt perfectly safe at this property during covid and loved staying here.
