  • Gulf Views! Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath. VERY PRIVATE WITH AN IDEAL LOCATION ON THE GULF SIDE OF GULF BOULEVARD WITH BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS. Updated kitchen & baths. stainless steel appliances, & granite counter tops. Updated primary bath and guest bath, new floors, windows and sliders. Enjoy entertaining and relaxing on large wrap around deck. Listen to the Gulf waves as you sleep. Sleeps 4. Primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Minimum stay: 5 Days within Saturday-to-Saturday. Monthly rentals in January, February, March and April preferred...checking in on the closest Saturday. Great location with direct flights to Tampa from major US cities & Europe. Free Wifi. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. I prefer to talk to all my guests prior to confirming.
