The space
Welcome to your top-floor coastal retreat, easily accessed by elevator with an interior hallway entrance. Enjoy effortless self-check-in with electronic locks and covered parking for one vehicle.

Inside, the condo opens to a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Down the hall, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and nearby full bath. The spacious master suite, located off the living room, features a king bed and private ensuite. The living room offers plenty of space to relax, stream a movie, or use the pull-out sofa for additional sleeping.

Step outside to enjoy all that Madeira Beach has to offer—white sand beaches, boating, and water sports. Guests also have access to the resort’s heated pool and jacuzzi located just next door, complete with a sun shelf for lounging and a spa to melt your cares away.

Guest access
Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. The condo is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which has numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do. It is a great spot for water activities. John`s Pass also offers facilities for you to rent boat slips, jet skis and charters.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and dining items.

Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates up to 6 guests total.

We’re happy to welcome one dog (25 lb weight limit). For insurance reasons, aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Beach equipment is included for your stay—towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon—so you can enjoy the beach with ease.

One parking space is included with your reservation. Due to HOA guidelines, we’re unable to accommodate additional vehicles.

Please Note - The building is serviced by a single elevator. While uncommon, temporary outages due to maintenance or power interruptions may occur.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
