Unforgettable views!!! Located on the 1st level, above the parking garage, makes you feel like you are right on the beach. The balcony is directly overlooking the water. Have your morning coffee watching the waves and watch spectacular sunsets without leaving the condominium on your private balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen looks out into the spacious living and dining area with seating for 4 and very comfortable furnishings. The bedroom has a queen bed with a single wide roller bed available. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors.

Whatever you imagine as your perfect beach getaway, you will find it here. The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!
