We were on a rest and relax holiday and this did not disappoint! Beautiful waterfront view, the calm relaxing motion of the waves, peace and quiet, just what we came for! Gorgeous views and pool/ hot tub area very well maintained! Check in process was annoying. Got our envelope with spare keys that didn't work on Sunday when we checked in but had to go back to Redington Beach office on Monday to "complete" check in process signing 1 form and copy of drivers license, couldn't been done via email? Condo itself needs some TLC. Had everything, but a cooler for the beach would've been nice. Towels and cookware are weathered and should be replaced.
