We have stayed at Sunset Vistas many times, this was the first time we rented through VRBO. The property is an amazing place to stay and this unit was exactly as described. I was very impressed with the accommodations within this unit. Very nice furniture both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and this had a nice little bonus of some beach items for use in the closet. The unit was very clean and the bathrooms were very nice. I really liked that the stairs were nearby and this being on the second floor, we didn't have to constantly wait for an elevator. Parking is right below the deck so we could always keep an eye on our car(not that I was worried). Communication was great from the host and I felt that we had everything that we needed from them. I asked a few questions beforehand and they got back to me very promptly. It was a great place to stay!

The condo is so nice- even nicer than the pictures in my opinion! The facilities are great with a baby/toddler pool right next to a hot tub, and across the way is the larger pool. The beach was so close and John’s pass was a short walk across the bridge. If traveling with little ones, would recommend bringing a nice stroller as there are so many places to go within a mile walk.

Relax at the beach.

The place was clean and comfortable and the location is great. Has a nice pool, though it gets very crowded. I went beginning of Oct which i though was off season but there were a lot of families with children that apparently took them out of school for the vacation. The building is part hotel and part private owners, so that is a tad strange, but everyone seemed nice, quiet. There is a small cafe on site that is open 8-5 and the food was pretty good. Access to the beach was great. Parking is a bit tricky at first then makes sense. This unit does not look out to the beach, you get a peek off the balcony, but otherwise looking at parking lot and street. There are also a couple of elevators in the building, so that was nice.

We have stayed at Sunset Vistas the past few years and find that it’s great with our little kids but this is the first time staying in this specific condo. It is overdue for an update and is very dirty. Upon arrival, I took photos of crumbs on the counter, under furniture was filthy. The washing machine made black marks on some of our clothing and I’ve been unable to get it out.The dryer was loud and squeaked. The switch to the garbage disposal just came off when you touched it, therefore we had to avoid using the disposal all together. The balcony door did not lock. I was told when I booked that there would be a pack and play available in the unit for us, once we arrived we did not see one. I reached out to the management company and they asked where I had heard there was a pack and play. I then responded with a screenshot from our conversation where they stated there would be one. From that, I never heard back.As far as pro’s- It was well stocked with “starter” items such as dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. It had everything we needed when it came to the kitchen. We will not be staying in this condo again.

Quiet spot by the sea

Nice place right on the beach with a pool and bar if you like. We didn't get a chance to try the cafe. The parking spots can be really confusing to find but the office has a map and will help you out. Everything was great, but check the cooking equipment before use to make sure it's clean.
