My family had a lovely stay at the Seaview 201 condo during Thanksgiving. Everything was wonderful! The unit has a VERY spacious living area. It was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds are also very comfortable. There is also wonderful food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) right across the street.We can’t wait to come back soon!

Perfectly uncrowded in September

We enjoyed the condo, but watching dolphins from the balcony every morning with coffee, the pristine beach, and the heated pool and hot tub were the best parts! Condo was in great shape, clean and well stocked.

Several items were in a state of disrepair. No functioning lock on patio door, several blinds were broken and many electrical outlets were not useable because they were loose and couldn’t hold the plug.

Great Location

The location was perfect and the condo is very large. It could definitely use a deep clean! There was a lot of maintenance going on at the condo building while we were there and people had to come into the condo on multiple occasions, sometimes 3 or 4 people. On one occasion, the property manager did not call before they came and we arrived back to the condo from a walk to find the door unlocked and a couple people inside. At the time my husband was in the room sleeping and they had just let themselves in without notice and didn’t even know he was there. I feel like they should have called to let me know they had to enter the condo before doing so. On every other occasion they did call my phone to let me know they were coming. Overall we had a great week and loved the beach!!

Beautiful Condo and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo and location were perfect. The balcony faces the ocean so the beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. We would love to make a return trip in the future.

Love being so close to the beach.

Great condo location. Only negative was the noise during 4 days of construction of the 2 tiki huts around the pool.
