This stunning and roomy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo will be sure to not disappoint! This 2nd floor condo boasts 1400 S.F. and is located directly on the fine white sandy beaches of Indian Shores, Florida, in the lovely Beach Cottages Condo's. Propane grills by the pool area seaside!

Comfort and convenience abounds in this top rated tourist destination on beaches rated #1 in the WORLD! Make this vacation a memorable one by staying in roomy comfort! The views of the beach from the pool deck are magnificent, however there is no beach view from the room. The balcony overlooks the Bird Sanctuary next door; there will be a fishy smell during feeding times if sitting on the balcony during feeding times.

Any ESA animals brought to the home will absolutely require submitting a Valid Doctors RX to us in advance of booking. Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.
Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Booking date change requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, however, should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Prime location!
This location is perfect. Steps from the beach, nice pool area and hot tub. Condo is very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage space and washer and dryer. We had an issue with the air conditoner not working and contacted the host. Someone was out and it was fixed within 3 hours of reaching out. I would give it five stars, but the floors were definitely not mopped and were sandy. We didnt get an email for early check in so I had to reach out. If you bring a vehicle know that if you have a storage container on top of your vehicle it will not fit in the parking garage. They do have a space for each unit outside of the garage also. We didnt get enough towels for each person and it was a little bit of emailed back and forth before they agreed to bring us two more. We would absolutely stay here again. Very close to great places and resturants. Lots to do for kids of all ages.

The property was amazing! It was so clean and decorated beautifully! The check in process was a bit of a process- the lobby was being redone so the code supplied did not work so we had to wait for someone to let us in but after that it was good. We used the keys the whole time as the code back up to the pool deck wasn’t working so we brought the key everywhere which was fine. Location was perfect. Right on the gulf with beach access and the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space on the pool deck and there was plenty of tables and chairs on the pool deck, so no need to feel like you can’t leave. Property man anger responded within a few minutes when we needed them so that was amazing as well! Would stay again!

Soring Break
We booked this condo for a short 2 night stay prior to heading to the Orlando area. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. They thought of everything you might need, throw blankets, beach towels, beach toys and chairs, coolers, and games. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio overlooked the bird sanctuary and had a small view of the ocean. It was nice to sit out on the morning with coffee and a good book. My daughter left her Bose headphones and a ring in the condo and didn't realize it until we were already in Orlando. We reached out to the property manager and the cleaners found them and she was able to mail them to us. It would've been easier for them to say they never found them, but they went the extra steps and provided great customer service. We will look to stay in this condo again anytime we are in the Indian Shores area.

Condo on the Beach
Condo building directly on the beach. There was some updates being done to the lobby while we were there. Bird sanctuary next door and you view right into it from balcony. The smell was overpowering at times but it was interesting watching the different birds fly to and from the sanctuary and land in the trees. Condo building is a bit dated.

Beautiful place
This place was very nice and had everything ww needed and more. A very convenient location and it was nice sutting on the balcony watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. Would definitely stay there again. The property manager was very quick to respond and had great communication skills.

Life's a beach
The property was excellent and accurately described. The beach lovely. However the lift being out of action for the whole of our stay was a problem as carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was hard going and the same with shopping. The only item I would add to the property would be a kettle, making a decent cup of tea with a coffee maker does not work.

Great property inside of condo. Only negative I could find was that the balcony view is of a bird sanctuary. Smell was disgusting so I spent very little time out there. Other than that, place was great.
