On The Beach Getaway

Had a nice and relaxing time in IRB. The place was incredible because it was right on the beach. Woke up to this beautiful scene and was able to have our coffee on the deck watching the walkers up and down the beach. Beds were super comfortable, even the fold out couch was so nice and comfy.

Perfect Stay!

Everything was perfect. We stay in Indian Rocks almost yearly for a quick getaway and I can’t believe I just found this spot. The apt. Is located right on the water, was spotless and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to fun on the beach. We were blessed with perfect weather. This little gem is located between public access spots so it was like having our own private beach. I will be booking this next year for sure!

This property couldn’t be in a better location and is perfect for a 2-3 people. It is decorated nicely, very comfortable and they provide everything you would need for the stay and the beach. They require rental insurance, which was an additional unexpected expense when booking, and were pretty strict about check-in and check-out times. Otherwise perfect for a getaway on the beach!

Beautiful home, you won’t find a home closer to the water. Owner was exceptional in communicating anything we needed. Close to groceries. Beach was quiet and less busy compared to other locations. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more and we will certainly be coming back! Highly recommend

Excellent Location

Being right on the beach was fantastic and it was never too crowded. I loved having the unit with the upper deck, more private and a better view. Of the 8 or so units in the building, I think this one had the best patio furniture. Comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were very useful. Only 15 minutes from Clearwater and walkable to local restaurants and a CVS. my only complaints are that the beach chairs they provided were extremely rusted, child-sized or broken. And that the knives were incredibly dull and the kitchenware was not great. But would certainly stay here again, I hope they replace their beach chairs because that would have made a world of difference.

Perfect “little” spot on the beach

We enjoyed our stay and this condo had everything we needed. Location and view could not be better! Beds were comfy. If you are a traveler who needs room to spread out - this may not be the place for you. It is small - and the cooler weather we experienced kept us inside more. With the living room/eating area/kitchen being one room - it can get tight at times. With good weather outdoors - then no problem as there is a great deck to enjoy as well as a seating area beachside down below. Hosts were very responsive and it was nice staying in a smaller building than some condos would typically offer. Great option if you don’t mind limited space.

Quick family stay before cruising

Prior to boarding a cruise ship with our extended family, we decided to come early and expose our kids to a beach in Florida that we had never been to. Indian Rocks has an old Florida feel. This property has amazing views and is so close to everything you need: Publix, Target, restaurants and shops. The stocked kitchen with snacks and beach gear was such a thoughtful touch. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The unit was very clean. The only suggestions might be to work on a better AC unit to offset the intense Florida humidity and heat, especially considering the amount of sunset this unit receives.

Great location, a few recommendations

Overall, our stay was very nice. The location was amazing! The condo was well-stocked and organized. It would have been helpful to receive the check-in info beforehand. We had to ask for it the night we arrived and then wait a while in the dark with our five small children to receive it from the host/manager. Some more storage space would also have been nice. The cupboards were completely full with kitchen supplies, so we didn't have sufficient space to store our food. We would also recommend replacing the broom and dust pan, and perhaps the vacuum as well. Other than these issues, everything was great!
