Welcome to your home away from home! Located less than one mile South of John's Pass, Sunset Vistas 211N is a beautifully maintained and updated, 2 bedroom, beachfront condo that sleeps 6. It's located on the north side of the U-shaped building. Recently renovated and refurnished with beautiful flooring and comfortable living room furniture, a sofa sleeper and recliner. This condo has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. Both bedrooms feature newer, quality mattresses. The bathroom vanities have beautiful granite counters, one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower/tub combo. The private balcony is furnished and has views to die for! Enjoy a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience, free WiFi, smart TVs and so much more! You’ll have access to the gulf front large pool (heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, and a designated kiddie pool! Great beach location

We loved our stay in Treasure Island. The unit was clean and comfortable. With direct beach access, pools, hot tube, cafe, and small bar we didn’t have to leave to have a great time.

Great condo on the beach

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in 211N. The condo was warm and inviting and had easy access to the beach and pool. The cafe and tiki bar were perfect added amenities.

Great Family Spot

We loved this condo at Sunset Vistas! Great spot for a small family with easy access to the beach, pool, and bar. We would have liked a larger selection of kitchen supplies for cooking, but overall, it was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

Our visit to Treasure Island was just perfect. The location was amazing! For being Spring Break timing, the areas was very quiet and relaxed, with a slight mix of bustle in the air which was great for our teen daughters. This home was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved our time here and plan to book again in the future.

Perfect girls trip!

Beautiful view, great set up, close to everything you could need, clean, convenient, & fun!!! I was there with friends for our annual girls trip (that is a different location each year) and we all agree we will come back!!

Great Stay

our group really enjoyed the stay. the unit was in great shape. The only issue was while it said it sleeps 6 there were only cups, plates, and bowls for 5. Not that that was a great inconvenience, just remember paper plates, etc.

We had a great time!

Great place with beautiful beach, heated pool and bar. Shake place right next door with the best hotdogs according to my kids. They did list that there were no beach towels so be aware of that as it is an inconvenience. Also no chairs for beach but they do rent them on the beach. Our code was not sent to us when we were told it would be but I did call the emergency number and they were able to get us in. I would visit there again. Very close to everything and well maintained.

Needs some maintenance

There is a leak in the ceiling of the second bathroom. The second bathroom did not have a roll to hold the toilet paper. The hair dryer in the main bath does not work.

Great Vacation!

We had a great first family vacation. Myself, husband and three kids (4, 6, 7 y/o). The beach and pool were enough to keep us busy for our nearly our entire trip - they were well maintained and not too crowded (trip was end of April). Condo didn’t provide beach toys/towels, but it was easy enough to grab some cheap stuff at the store when we got there. Room is close to the pool making bathroom breaks easy and quick. View from balcony is not directly facing the ocean, but still provided a beautiful view of the ocean. Second floor was great - high enough for a great view but low enough to lessen fear of the kids being on the balcony. Condo could use a little TLC and some minor deep cleaning (fan blades, etc) but overall it was clean and cozy. Easy checkin and checkout. Had laundry, oven, microwave, dishwasher which was great. We plan to visit the condos in the future and hope we will be able to get 211N again! Overall, 5/5.

Sunset Vistas is good overall vacation spot

First time staying at Sunset Vistas and overall happy with the stay! We were there Labor a day weekend so the beach was more crowded than usual. This particular VRBO unit was nice layout and room for 6. BUT it was the worst appointed beach condo I’ve ever stayed. I’ve stayed at many beach condos and can’t remember once that the owners didn’t provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. No starter coffee, salt, pepper, a sponge, dish soap, plastic instead of glass cups, little shampoos/conditioners enough for a few days/people - Nada, nothing. The kitchen pans are so old that everything we tried to make stuck to the pan and we had to scrape it off. Waste of money on groceries - we ate breakfast at the little cafe on site which was good but I try to save on at least 1 meal a day feeding 6 so that was disappointing. Otherwise the beach and pool and pool bar were great! Also fyi people said we had a pretty good view compared to the closer to the road properties who said they did not see ocean well. This unit was about 4 units on the main pool side off the beach.
