The unit was clean and lovely. The view was wonderful. The building was quiet even on New Years Eve there were just the typical celebrations but got quiet after 12:30am.

Great Weekend Getaway

The unit was beautiful and the view was amazing. The location was perfect and the beach was magical! We totally enjoyed our stay! We all like to cook, so we would have liked to see a few more items/tools in the kitchen. Also I recommend a few plastic cups etc. for sunset toasts on the beach.

Wonderful stay. Clean condo, beautiful beachfront view! We brought our infant with us and had a wonderful stay. Kiddie pool great for children. Beach access was easy with chairs/umbrellas for rent on beach. Only advice would be a few more kitchen items (more plates, pans, plastic cups)

Love Sunset Vista. Have stayed at this location for 3 years. This unit was amazing. Easy checkin and a beautiful view of the ocean. Will definitely will stay at this unit again.

Wonderful accommodations in a wonderful location. Even the beach seemed a little cleaner in this section of Treasure Island. Everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental is at Sunset Vistas . I liked so many things about this property . They seem to know what they are doing on this property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vistas! The location was great and we loved being right on the beach with access to an outdoor shower, splash pad, and pool. The parking was convenient with close proximity to the elevator. The unit was clean and had all the necessities that made our stay great.

Lovely beach view and good access

Loved the proximity to the beach and the beds were comfy. Fun that there was a bar and pool on property as well. Wish that the place would have been better stocked. It would have been a challenge to cook meals.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Loved the location of it. Only thing wrong was shower head was broke( leaked water everywhere when turned on) so we judged use other shower. Will absolutely be back

Great location, beautiful beach from property with miles of walking, easy walk to John’s Pass. Only concern was the cold spell - can’t control Mother Nature but the thermostat had no heat option.

Picture Perfect

Upon arrival, 603W was better than what we had expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed or wanted for a wonderful week on the beach. We loved having our own parking place and not worrying about trying to find a spot to park. 603W was very spacious and comfortable and the views from our balcony was priceless. Restaurants and shopping was close and John's Pass was a great spot to check out. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!

Amazing views, great location!

Had an amazing stay here. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick through the website. The management company even sent an automated welcome text with the instructions which I really liked. It was very helpful to have the info right in a text for pulling up quickly at the door. The condo is decorated very nicely and the grounds and beach are stunning. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The beach gear provided was a very thoughtful touch. This is by far one of my favorite VRBO stays I have had to date. I highly recommend!

Great location and stay

This property is exactly as explained. Some added benefits we really enjoyed. 1. Beds were comfortable. So many vrbo’s the beds a totally worn out. 2. The thermostat was not locked. This seems small but we really like the ac cold and so many owners don’t allow them to be turned down 3. Clean. This place was spotless upon arrival.
