Lovely and Inviting.

Staying on the bay side of Treasure Island was a surprising treat! We really enjoyed the beautiful views and spent much of our time out on the patio just taking in the scenery. The condo was spacious, clean, pretty and very comfortable. Such a restful and relaxing place!

First time to Treasure Island

Wonderful view! Bryan is a great host! Wish we could have spent more than a day but we had a mandatory evacuation order do to Hurricane Helene. Condo is clean, bed and amenities were spot on!!

That view!!!

This condo was amazing for our family! The view of the back porch is a million dollar view! He was able to get his fishing rod and go out every morning and fish from basically the back door! Very close to the beach! Bryan was great to work with!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It’s beautiful and very clean. The views were awesome looking at the water. My son enjoyed fishing every night off the docks. Right across the street from the beach, Publix near by was so convenient. I will definitely book this place again next time we come here .

Great Condo in a Great Location

This property is as described. The condo was clean and fit our needs well. We enjoyed being only a few steps from the pool. The beach access is only two doors down and was an easy walk. The beach is beautiful and it was not busy at all in early July. The property manager was excellent in communicating with us. Would highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful place on the water

We have been going to Treasure Island for the past 3 years. Stayed up the road on our previous visits but decided we needed more room for our most recent trip. Luckily, we found this place and were very happy with our decision to stay there. Clean, comfortable, and large enough for 4 adults. Sitting on the dock in the evening was very peaceful. We are already thinking about returning next summer. Thanks!

TI Visit

Excellent property. Clean, updated, comfortable bed, patio out to intercostal water, parking right in front of condo, 3 minute walk to beach and Publix, modern kitchen. Furniture was comfortable. TV operation was a little tricky but manageable. Definitely recommend. Will book again if we return.

Great Property

We enjoyed our week at your property! Condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a week at the beach. Less than five minute walk to the beach, with chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys to use. We booked this unit specifically for the fishing. Close to Publix and several restaurants. John’s Pass is a five minute drive. Unit is also a few steps from the pool, but far enough to not hear any noise. PIE airport is approximately 25 minute drive.

Great Condo

This condo is great for a relaxing stay on the intercoastal. Being on the ground level is nice because you have a patio and the water is just outside your door. The condo is clean and well apportioned. The property manager was available and check in/out was super easy. If you are looking for a condo that is walkable to numerous bars and restaurants, this might not be the condo for you as there are none within a half mile or so.(Publix is 2 blocks away for supplies) That being said, we did walk down the beach to Caddy's a couple times which was not too bad. Also when they say you get ONE parking spot, you get ONE parking spot. There are no available spots if you have guests. There are public lots within a couple blocks if needed. Other than those VERY minor issues, this place is great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Treasure Island location. Walking distance to beach, publix, restaurants and shops. Comfortable furnishings. Fun to watch wildlife from first floor corner unit and dock - birds, fish, stingrays and dolphins.
