Welcome to Tropic Terrace Suite #40, a freshly updated two-bedroom suite with pool views, offering a spacious and comfortable stay in beautiful Treasure Island.

This bright suite features a King-size bed in the primary bedroom and a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle in the guest bedroom, along with a Smart TV with Roku and ceiling fans for added comfort — comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The well-appointed kitchen includes counter seating and is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and cookware for preparing easy meals during your stay. Please note, there is no dishwasher. The bathroom features a convenient shower, rounding out this comfortable suite for your Florida beach getaway.

Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
