This newly remodeled well-appointed/fully stocked ground floor 1 Bedroom Unit has its own Tiki hut garden area & spacious heated Pool. A short 1 minute walk to St. Pete Beach's beautiful Upham Beach and all the abundant Nightlife & Restaurants on Gulf Blvd. Bedroom Queen bed, Living Room Queen sofa bed, Free High Speed WiFi(Spectrum), separate HDTV's with all Premium movie, news & sports entertainment. Unlike local hotels, this Beach Condo is an affordably priced home away from home Premium Beach Location.

    This charming 1 Bedroom Unit has all the amenities of home. Shop the local grocery stores and dine in, or visit the many inexpensive Restaurants along Gulf Blvd. Complimenting the recently renovated kitchen, the Refrigerator and Pantry are stocked with many essentials and snacks. Bring only your swim wear and flip flops as there's a Beach Wagon, Cooler, Beach Chairs, Noodles, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board, Big Beach Towels, and more waiting for you.

    Just outside your door, enjoy the relaxing use of your own private shaded Tiki Hut garden area complete with lounge chairs. There too, are a dining table & chairs. Our spacious heated pool & lounge area is located around the corner, on Beach Plaza.

    A Bar-B-Q area with picnic tables are available to you, too.

    Both our entire pool and garden areas now have FREE WiFi access.

    We also give our Guests Electronic Free Parking in all available spaces around the Friendly Native & neighboring Gulf Winds. Guest must provide their vehicle make, model & license plate information prior to check in for registration with the Parking Bureau.
