WE ARE DESIGNATED A FIVE STAR PREMIER PARTNER BY VRBO/HOMEAWAY. GREAT CONDO! A COUPLE MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH AND 5 MINUTE WALK TO JOHN'S PASS.
Living room, master bedroom second bedroom and master bath. Safety grab bars in both bathrooms. Beautiful view of the marina from the master bedroom and living room balconies. Also enjoy beautiful sunrises! Quiet and peaceful as you watch fish jumping in the marina. You may even be lucky enough to see manatees or dolphins swimming. One parking pass provided.
Fully equipped kitchen: FULL SIZE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
Kitchen table with 2 chairs and Granite kitchen counter has 2 stools for dining.

Master bedroom: Newer king mattress, smart tv, newer furniture. Large closet, EN SUITE BATH with shower and tub. View of the marina from bedroom balcony

Bathroom towels provided at beginning of stay. We recently added on a trial basis for the convenience of our guests beach towels which should be located in the master bedroom closet. Please note the Madeira Bay cleaning service does NOT include cleaning of the beach towels. If you choose to use the beach towels provided, please ensure you wash/dry/fold and return to the same location for future guests use. Thank you for your support so we can continue to provide beach towels for all future guests.
There is a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. These items will need to be replenished by the guest as needed. Guests to bring their own shampoo/conditioner/tissues/laundry pods as needed.

The resort is located directly across the street and a VERY SHORT WALK to the beach where you can swim, take a stroll, relax on the sandy beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. The sand is sugar white and fine. Exit the door on the ground floor just to the right of the elevator and a crosswalk is right in front of the resort. Push a button at the curb and flashing lights come on to INSTANTLY stop traffic. The number one area attraction JOHN'S PASS VILLAGE AND BOARDWALK with its numerous shops and restaurants is a short five minute walk from the resort. Relax at the heated pool and hot tub and enjoy the warm sun. Work out at the exercise room.
COVERED PARKING is on the first floor. Friendly representatives greet guests at the second floor reception area and is STAFFED 24 HOURS a day to assist with check in/out and respond to questions and concerns. Elevators take guests from the covered, ground floor parking garage to the lobby and fourth floor condo. The condo is very close to the elevator.
Easy access from either Tampa or St Pete International Airport.

PARKING
ONLY ONE parking space per condo is reserved. When arriving park in any open space. Go to the second floor registration desk where a parking pass will be issued for the length of your stay. CARS WITHOUT A PASS ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING.

Take the Suncoast Trolley that travels from Clearwater to St Pete and makes stops at beaches in between.
Minutes to swimming, snorkeling, shelling, boating, fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, paddle boarding and much more
Close to mini golf (mini golf is expensive but fun) and many 18 hole golf courses nearby
50 minute drive from Busch Gardens , Adventure Island, and the Florida Aquarium
90 minute drive from Disney World, MGM/Hollywood Studios, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Visit some of the quaint towns just a short drive away.

Discounts offered to bookings for full weeks and monthly bookings, however minimum stays of 3 days available.
