Again I just want to compliment the pool maintenance!! Both the hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature and spotlessly clean. I greatly appreciated that the hot tub was nice and HOT, not just warm.

Clean and updated condo so very comfy. Only thing I disliked was having an actual key. Need a more updated key system. My daughter lost her key on the beach and $100 fine. Not happy with that.

Our experience was only good, advertised as a gulf view but our view was the parking lot and a strip mall. Master bedroom was a queen bed and rather uncomfortable as was the sofa bed. loved the location, overall cleanliness (though we did have a rather large roach one night in our bathroom), amenities were good and assigned parking keeps out random beach people. Office was prompt to our needs and questions. Be sure to specify what you want

We have always gone to Fort Meyers and due to Ian we moved trip to St.Pete. Had a great time and got to know some of the local hangouts. We will come back again.

As always, we had a great time and loved our stay at Gulf Gate. It has definitely become our destination of choice when we vacation in Florida. I only wish we could know our schedule enough in advance to always get the unit we want for the days we want, but that's our problem. Thanks for a great visit again!
