    Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars, plus any available street parking. Please note this is a duplex and there is one shared wall with one other unit. The backyard/ outdoor space is yours alone to enjoy!

    Florida has a tropical climate that bugs love as much as we do! We have regular pest control on the property, if you feel the need for additional service while there please notify us right away. Refunds will not be given for ants or general pests.
