Perfect location

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—super close to the beach and to Jon`s Pass boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants.

Perfect accommodations for 2 people! Clean upon arrival. Mom and I had a wonderful mother/daughter special birthday week together. Excellent location- within walking distance to John’s Pass and across the street from the beach. Would stay at this location again!

Awesome location

Loved the location. So much to do within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. Lots of restaurants and breweries. The condo was very clean and was perfect for two people. We will definitely be returning.

Walk across to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This condo was clean, charming and conveniently located.Pool was closed due to damage from hurricane, but who needs a pool when the beautiful Gulf is right across the street?

Awesome location!

The condo was as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent, helpful, and prompt. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. The shower is small and toilet area tight—but both are doable. The community pool was really nice after a busy day of sightseeing. The convenience and walkability to the beach, multiple restaurants and John’s Pass make this place exceptional.

The perfect little seaside stay

We thought this place was everything we needed for our couples beach getaway. Steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass which we enjoyed daily. We were also only a short Uber away from st Pete beach, pass-a-grille, treasure island, downtown st Pete and everywhere we wanted to visit. We thought the place was super cute and also very clean, although it was hard not to track sand every time we came in because it was just so close to the beach! We loved every minute of our stay and all the recommendations previous people left us in the book on the counter!

A few questions early on, but no problems checking in, staying there, or checking out. First impression upon arrival made us wary until we went inside. Very nicely appointed. Small but efficient and perfect for the two of us.

Nice location roughly 3 blocks from the Pass. Across the street from the beach as well. The hurricanes damaged the bottom floor condos so we were the only ones in the building. Very cozy condo. Host was very accomodating. Would recommend the sunset tour from Treasure Island on a schooner. I would recommend Lisa's cafe for brunch. Girls trip

My best friend and i stayed here for a few days. The unit was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the pull couch didnt have a sheet and there is no room between the wall and the toilet. Im only 5'3" and had to sit a little sideways. Otherwise a nice little place.

Perfect location, right across from the beach access. A quick walk across the street and you’re on the beach. John’s Pass is just a quick walk down the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The host was quick to respond to my questions and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was an issue at first. Parking is limited. Beach view was perfect. AC was top notch. Weather stripping under front door needs replaced. Toilet situation was weird knees wedged into wall. Too funny ended up side saddle on toilet.
