A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay. We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are provided during your stay.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. With no office and no main entrance, you have a private door to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. A unique code will be sent to your inbox before your arrival.
Our top floor studio condo on the island of Clearwater Beach has INCREDIBLE water views from every window. Balcony attached to living space feels like an extension of your living area, with more great water views.
This studio sleeps 4, is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it.
Main bed is a California King with 4 king pillows. Second bed is a full-size convertible sleeper sofa with attached chaise lounge in living area. Extra bedding in storage area under chaise lounge.
Work desk with light next to window for terrific views as you study, work or play on your laptop, tablet or phone. Small router/modem on the desk for your personal connections. Extra wall outlets for UBC cords, ethernet or other power cords.
Secured WIFI, a 52-inch TV, standard digital cable, Blu-ray player with family friendly movies included.
Elevator in building goes to every floor. An outgoing air exchange constantly takes out the old air and brings in the fresh air.
Stairs on both sides of building as well.
Coin-operated laundry facilities on same floor as condo. No change machine, bring your quarters, nobody on beach will give out quarters.
One free assigned parking space on-site. Street parking as well, some free, some metered.

Great stay

Pleasant stay- great location and although small, condo has everything you need. The communication with the host was fast and efficient. We walked to most places including the beach as everything is relatively close. Look forward to staying here again.

Weekend getaway

Pool was very nice and quiet . We liked the fact that it was a bit off the strip and much less traffic noise and congestion. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very nice for sunrises.

Nice views

Off the beaten path with less traffic. Enjoyed seeing fireworks from the porch. Shady pool was nice and relaxing. Close to sand key beach park and several nice hotels on south Clearwater beach. Plenty of outlets, towels and the place had all we needed. Took the trolley to the pier, main beach and shopping.

Perfect for two!!

Booked a last minute stay and Tiffany was very professional, provided all the information right away, we had everything we needed for the beach and long weekend. Everything you need in walking distance to shops and restaurants, We walked everywhere no problem. Breakfast across the street was great! The balcony location in the morning was beautiful for sunrise and Dolphins sighings in the bay! Highly recommended, we will be back again!!

Great as Always

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and will be there again in February. It is on the top floor and right next to the water. We were able to see both the boat parade and the Clearwater Beach Christmas parade right from our balcony. The host is very responsive. The condo is in a quieter part of the beach but you can walk to all the action.

Great little Condo

The Condo could use some updating & minor fixes (cupboard doors don't line up to close, bathtub faucets are old & look like there's mold inside) If you're of a larger stature, there's no way you can close the door to the lavatory. *close quarters*. Very strange black dot in the middle of the mirror in the bathroom?? - I put a band-aid over it. Otherwise nice stay, quiet area. Had zero issues checking in & out, never had to contact the on site managers. Caesar's Italian Restaurant right across the street, WOW, what a hidden gem. Wish we would have found it sooner we would have had dinner there more than once. Best pasta we've ever had.

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The view of the Marina was nice, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic. The price was great. The unit was very clean, but it could use some updating.

Cozy and quiet little apartment

Great location walking distance from the beach, groceries, restaurants, and coffee. The apartment was a perfect place to come back to after a long day out. We slept great every night being just off the main drag so noise was minimal. The bed was very comfortable and the patio views made the mornings perfect. Only nitpick is the shower could use some updating and a deep clean.
