Very cool apartment on the inner waterway, 7 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches ever. Well appointed kitchen accommodated home-coked fresh seafood dinners. A barbecue was missed; otherwise wonderful accommodations.

Very good location, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Had a nice view of the channel and even saw some dolphins in the morning. 1 minor issue with the room was the water pressure seemed to be very low when you took a shower other than that it was a very good experience

Stylish condo in a great location.

We chose this VRBO for the return of our annual girl's trip. It is just a short walk from our two "must-visit" places whenever we come to town; Palm Pavilion (beach day) and Clear Sky Cafe (breakfast is always perfection). We spent time on the back balcony overlooking the water in the mornings as we planned our day. The condo was stylish and clean. The host had great communication and was quick to respond with any questions.

Nice space. The host is absolutely 5⭐️. Great at communicating and very responsive. The view from our apt ( 2nd fl) was spectacular- the bay, multiple sightings of dolphin. Peaceful. However, both decks are in badly need of repair and the grounds/ landscaping need to be cleaned up. The entrance of the building could use an uplift as well

Birthdday Weekend in Clearwater

The property was easy to find and looks decent from the outside but the inside was very nice and the layout Was accommodating. We liked how the living room separates the 2 bedrooms for privacy because my husband and i traveled with another couple. We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay and enjoyed fishing off the back dock despite some minimal damage to the dock. I brought it to the owners attention only as a warning of potential hazard and she immediately addressed it. The decor of the inside of the property was nice and the location was walking distance to alot such as beach and eateries. We appreciated the beach buggy cooler, beach chairs and beachtowels. We would stay at this property again!

I stayed at this property a few weeks ago. It was really cute and clean. We had an issue with a loud group of college students staying in the other unit that the host owned and the handled it great. My issue came up the day that we checked out. We left early and let the owner know we were gone so the cleaner could come. I mistakenly left some clothing items in one of the drawers. The host sent me an email that day letting me know but we were already home by then. I asked if we could pay for shipping to have them mailed or if we could coordinate a pickup. No response. I reached out several more times via email and phone and again, no response. I got VRBO involved and they still haven’t responded! Very disappointed in how things are being handled.

We enjoyed the gorgeous views and easy walk to beaches. The windows over looking the docks and inland waterway made this stay feel extra special.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and made eating in very seamless.Comfort and care taken for bedding and towels and bright clean throw pillows is appreciated!

It was a great place to stay with another couple. The property is well maintained. There's a pool but we didn't use it as the weather was cold. We enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. The balcony is very large, a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The view of the bay was lovely. There is a small jet ski tour company next door which is a fun way to spend the morning.

Location was good, if your tired from staying at the beach all day, it could be tiring on the walk home, alot of places had golf carts which would have been a great idea. it was a quiet location. Clearwater was a beautifully area.
