A spacious layout of about 1200 square feet, terrazzo floors, fully equipped kitchen - Italian cabinetry, Quartz counter tops, top of the line full size Samsung appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Large family room flows into the dinning area making it the center of the home. The split floor plan accommodates guests on either side of the apartment allowing for privacy. Two beautiful modern bathrooms featuring glass tile and the latest Moen fixtures. You will enjoy luxurious Vera Wang towels, crisp Percale sheets, soft & firm Pacific Coast Down Pillows and the most comfortable sleep on a Simmons Beauty Rest all used in the finest four and five star hotels. In addition, a modern memory foam sofa sleeper in the living area sleeps two. The unit is equip with front loading Samsung washer and dryer for your convenience, 60 inch Samsung LED Smart TV and Bluray in the living area and 42 inch Samsung LED Smart TV's in the bedrooms - All HDTV and high speed wireless internet. Private balcony overlooking the bay allows for stunning views of the sunrise and the occasional dolphin. You have access to your very own stainless steel BBQ just off the steps from your balcony. Our stay was perfect. Lina was attentive to our check in. The location is in a quiet area and walkable to all restaurants and main tourist area. Nicely decorated and plenty or space. Would stay here again.

Very cool apartment on the inner waterway, 7 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches ever. Well appointed kitchen accommodated home-coked fresh seafood dinners. A barbecue was missed; otherwise wonderful accommodations.

Nice location to stay

Nice quiet place to stay in Clearwater Beach but easy to get to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want, trolley stops right in front of the building and it’s a short walk to the beach don’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful place to stay right next to the water! 2 parking stalls if needed. The place is tucked back from the road and located more towards the residential side of the town but close to everything. Can walk everywhere if you want.

Wonderful stay!!

Rented this property for a long weekend in Clearwater. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck enjoying watching the boats. Close to the beach and fun restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent again!

Close to the beach

Very good location, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Had a nice view of the channel and even saw some dolphins in the morning. 1 minor issue with the room was the water pressure seemed to be very low when you took a shower other than that it was a very good experience

A very lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean, comfortable, and the view from our porch was beautiful! The only problem was that the pull out bed was broken, but I was able to communicate with the host so hopefully that will be fixed soon for those who need/want to use it.

Location, location, location

Love the area and the view! Jolly Trolley stops every half hour. Property was exactly as advertised and we really utilized the private balcony overlooking the bay. We’ll be back!
