This beautifully decorated 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath oceanfront condo sits directly on one of the most pristine white‑sand beaches along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun‑filled family vacation, our smaller complex offers both privacy and convenience — with endless activities on site and within walking distance.

Only steps to the beach

Overall stay was amazing, we enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. Grandparents could sit under the covered patio and watch the grand children splash in the pool and hot tub below which were meticulously maintained. There was a presence of staff every weekday and he was friendly and professional. The beach was clean and well maintained by the city. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most of what we could want/need to cook.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! The pool and hit tub were up and running and well cared for. The view was indescribably beautiful! We loved it!

The condo was great for my 3 kids, parents, and my husband and me. My dad is a wheelchair user and the condo was great for that. It was clean and the location was amazing.The kitchen is sparse! Hard to cook for a family of seven with no baking dishes, bowls, etc. otherwise the condo is fabulous for big families. As far as the property manager and owner, by far the very best I have ever experienced and we’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. This is a great place to stay! I hope we can stay again!

The condo was very roomy for the seven of us. It was modern, clean, and convenient. Most of the neighborhood condos had similar families with children, so fun for all. Our beach views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing!!

This property was decorated to our taste. It was completely loaded with all the kitchen tools, baby equipment, beach chairs and toys needed for a relaxing week. TV's in each bedroom a bonus!! Spacious balcony for enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!

Great condo!

This condo is updated with stylish furnishings and decor, with everything you need on-site. It was clean, and the condo manager was very accessible and accommodating. The very best part was the close proximity to the pool below and the beach! Many hours were spent on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach (there’s no enclosure like I’ve experienced with other condo balconies, so you are actually “outside”), with lots of reading, chatting, napping, and enjoying the sunset! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Amazing

From booking to check in contact and information was excellent.The condo was brightly decorated and clean. The furnishings were all of good condition/quality. We were a three generation family and had plenty of space. The beach front position was ideal with access to both the sea and pool. We are all going to miss the sunsets from the balcony. Memories were certainly made here.

Paradise Found!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by breathtaking, unobstructed views of the water. The open-concept is perfect. The finishes/decor are spot on with the coastal feel. The wall to wall sliders allow you to enjoy the views even while in the kitchen. What we enjoyed the most: our morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the water directly in front of the condo. The kitchen offered modern appliances and ample counter space. The primary suite is pure tranquility, with direct ocean views, walk in closet, large primary bath and a comfortable king bed.The property manager stayed in communication with us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Add in the community amenities like a beachfront pool and spa, that was cleaned daily, secure access to the building and pool area, a numbered parking spot and prime location close to shops and dining, and no need to drive as the trolley stop is right outside the condo building. It's clear, this condo is everything you would need to have a great vacation We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

The property was nice. The front bedroom is a bit small to have a king size bed. The master is very spacious but needed some general maintenance light bulbs batteries. The living area was very nice but also needed some general maintenance chair legs were loose. Kitchen needed some regular supplies.

Best Beach Property!

Our family LOVES this property so much. This was our fourth time staying in this unit. Each and everytime everything from cleanliness, to communication, to amenities was flawless. The property is decorated beautifully, is super clean, and has comfy new beds. The owner and property manager are kind and excellent communicators. The location does not get any better. Right on the beach, restaurants and grocery within walking distance. There's even pickleball courts down the street that our family frequented nightly! Perfect property, perfect location, perfect management! Thanks for sharing your place and helping our family make lasting memories!!

Family Vacay

The property was as advertised. It was a perfect location for a multigenerational vacation. The sand was beautiful and soft. The water was warm. We saw manatees and dolphins. The condo itself was fairly well appointed. There were a good selection of spices and condiments left by previous renters which were appreciated. We would definitely stay again and in fact have booked for next year. Couple of minor comments- there are no mini starter soaps so make sure you bring your own. The bbq was not functional. The master bedroom sheets had no elastic left and need to be replaced. (These comments are really meant for the owners or management)

Excellent condo with amazing view

This property is excellent for a holiday stay at Madeira Beach. The location is central with good transport links to John’s Pass and other areas in St. Pete’s. There is plenty of room in the property for a party of 5 and in fact there would have been room for more. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were of a high standard. It was very clean and tidy, though the bedroom furniture in the two back rooms was quite shabby. The beds in particular were soft and uncomfortable, though this is a personal taste. The view was beautiful and the facilities in the apartment block were well maintained and clean. The pool was warm and clean and access to the beach was great. If there was one complaint it would be the noise. The back bedrooms face the road which is extremely busy and the traffic is non stop, plus the lift mechanism is noisy. If you’re unlucky enough to have to sleep in the back bring your ear plugs! Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Madiera Beach Escape!

We all loved our stay at Seaview in Madiera Beach! The property manager Allison made check-in easy and was very quick to answer questions and give us the access codes and tips about the area prior to move-in. The layout out of this 3 BR condo worked well with our family. The large second BR was prefect for my Grandson and son. The views and balcony are amazing. The Seaview has a heated pool, hot tub, and wooden beach chairs available to rent directly in front of our building which made it so easy to access. The unit is well stocked with all the comforts of home: lots of bedding, bath and beach towels, extra pillows, and throw blankets for the couch! Beach toys, extra beach chairs, and the beach wagon were used daily at the beach. They even have a cooler if you need one! We could walk to several restaurants as well, the Reef right across the street was my son's favorite! We only wish they had more crossing walks on the road out front. My entire family loved this unit and the beach, I have lots of memories watching my 5 year old grandson play on the beach and in the pool. We hope to return in the future for more great memories!

Fantastic Vacation!

The Condo was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked including beach chairs. The view of the beach and sunsets was breathtaking Good restaurants nearby Owners very accommodating and prompt to all our concerns. Will definitely be back!!
