"This sweet little cottage was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. It is clean, perfectly located, BEAUTIFUL VIEW for morning coffee's and had all the needed amenities! The driveway is a bit tricky, but if you know how to do a 5 point turn you will be good to go! We are saving this listing for our next visit and would highly recommend this spot for anything looking for a great place to stay! THANK YOU for being a part of our amazing week on island! See you next year for our annual island...

"I didn’t even stay because I was chased off of the property by the owner with a knife in his hand! There was no signage stating it was a vacation rental property and was difficult to find to begin with. After I was chased off of the property I requested a refund because I didn’t feel safe staying there and the owners said it was a “miscommunication.” I’m a 5’4” very pregnant woman and he should have expected an unfamiliar face on the property because it’s listed as a vacation rental."

"What a wonderful cottage to stay at! The location made it easy to get to/from and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beaches on St. John. Traveling with our 2 young adults we appreciated having enough space to spread out and having two bathrooms available. The washer/dryer gave us that fresh start feeling halfway through our vacation. This cottage has a bit of a rustic weathered feel which we loved. We would definitely consider staying here again. "
