"The room was ok, air-con was cold, shower was kinda dark maybe need to change their light bulbs. You will need to get your water inside the lobby on the ground floor. The comfort of overnight stay was quite so-so. Wifi is surprisingly fast. Parking on site is hassle free.
But the one thing that bothered me most was as soon as we arrived, no hotel staff outside nor inside bothered to ask us if we are booked there. Did not even help us carry our luggages. Such sad hospitality for a small hotel....

I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. "

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains.
The room was average but large and comfortable.
Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "
