I was very uncomfortable with my stay at the hotel because workers who were carrying out repairs on the roof had access to the area outside my room and could see directly into the windows. I was staying in the room at the time, and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed, as I had no privacy.
I understand that roof repairs may be necessary, but the hotel should ensure that guests’ privacy and safety are protected while such work is being carried out. Guests should be informed in advance and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent workers from looking into occupied rooms.
Unfortunately, this significantly affected my experience and made me feel that my privacy was not respected. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and make sure that it does not happen to other guests.

"The hotel grounds were lovely with numerous seating areas to relax in. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing and reasonably priced too. The room was as pictured on the website. My only negative would be that the air con in the room was broken and this information was not shared with us ..."
